The material is water resistant that keep my stuff dry in case it rains.Unlike other sling bag I’ve tried before, this bag has just the right strap length and width, very well designed! The back of the pack has mesh padding which is breathable and helps make the bag more comfortable to wear for long periods of time. The shoulder strap is easily adjustable and can be switched to the either side using the D rings located at the bottom of either corner. It feels comfortable whether worn on the front, back, or cross body.The pocket on the shoulder strap is easily accessible and fits large phones. I was really surprised that it fit my iphone 6 with a dual layer case and still with room to spare. I plan to purchase couple more for Christmas gifts

I have traveled to over 40 countries and I often am gone for 2-5 months. The smartest travelers go light, especially if they are traveling to multiple countries. Consequently, I rarely travel with luggage. Instead, I rely on a 38 liter JanSport Odyssey backpack and a day pack or sling bag. I was looking for a better sling bag than the Swiss Gear one I currently have. Not to knock it, because it is sturdily built. However, the problem is the size and number of compartments. Due to these issues, I decided to purchase the NeatPack Sling Bag. The NeatPack is larger by approximately 2 inchs in height and 3 inches in width. I do not know the liter differences, but I can easily say that the NeatPack holds significantly more stuff than the Swiss Gear sling bag. Regarding pockets, again, the NeatPack rules, i.e., the Swiss Gear only has 1 main compartment, with 3 tiny zippered "pockets" that can only be used for very small items, e.g., change, keys, smart phone, etc. It also, has a small zippered pocket on the strap, but it is too small to hold a smart phone a la the NeatPack pocket on the strap. Additionally, it has a drink holder, which is practically useless . . . unlike the one on the NeatPack, which actually looks like it will hold a water bottle.Conversely, the NeatPack has the following: 1. One large compartment and two smaller, albeit, generous compartments (all of which come with sleeves/other zippered interior pockets; 2. The RFID "hidden pocket" on the back of the pack to store valuables and prevent identity thieves; and, 3. the already alluded to smart phone pocket on the strap. In short, this is a killer sling bag, much like my Jansport Odyssey back pack - with maximum use of pockets and compartments.In conclusion, I am impressed with the bag. The NeatPack has efficiently utilized the space within the confines of a sling bag. Many manufacturers fail to do that. However, the proof is in the pudding. Specifically, I have not taken it on a trip yet. That will be remedied in a couple of days, when I am on the road for the next 2 months through April 6th, as I am traveling to the big island of Hawaii and then I will visit Vietnam. When I get back, I will indicate whether this sling bag is durable and well made.

I bought this for my sister'/ birthday present, and I have to say I seriously considered keeping it for myself! I'd rate the quality right up there with the North Face backpack that I have, and I don't say that lightly!The RFID pocket & cell phone patch on the strap are a really nice touch as well, and are simply icing on the cake considering the quality of the backpack itself!

I used this for my carry-on and it held everything I needed. Looks good enough to be a shoulder purse, or a daypack—but without those annoying loose straps, nets, and bulgy pockets found on other outdoor gear! There is a water bottle pouch on the side, but it looks good, too. My iPhone6s wallet/case fits snugly in the strap compartment out in front where I can get it when I need to. Inside the bag is a leash for your keys, a stretchy for your pens and pencils, and there's an open pouch for a book or notepad—or loose odds and ends. Too small for my laptop, but a small tablet would fit. Every compartment lies smooth and flat and is secured with a zipper. Just spent a week in Yellowstone and it carried my snacks, water bottle, and a rain jacket everywhere we went. I love the clean look.

I looked and looked at all kinds of sling bags from amazon, read tons of reviews on different ones. I finally decided on this one and I absolutely LOVE it!! Perfect size, i didnt want a huge one nor a really small one.....this totally fits my Iphone 6splus or a iphone 7 with a case on it. The material is high grade. Zippers work great and it has a lifetime guarantee if you go online and register your sling pack. The sellers/makers are two sisters who live far apart from each other and were looking for the perfect travel bag for walking around as a tourist. The mesh for the water bottle is thin but bit enough to hold a large water container or water bottle with a draw string tightener/ love that it wont fall out. You can wear it in front or back. I would totally recommend this to anyone male or female. The large pocket will fit my huge 2016/2017 big calender/planner book plus plenty of room for more things you may want to carry. The smaller pocket isnt as roomy but fits pens, small notepad and other items, also has a small clip for keys or whatever and a small mesh pocket that zips. Love the pocket in the back for my wallet. I wish it had a few more small pockets in order to organize the big pocket a little better or a few smaller pockets on the outside for just keys or something but really it has plenty of space. I just like to be super organized. I love love this bag even without any smaller pockets. The strap is thick and padded with nice airflow on the back of the sling bag for added comfort. It IS VERY comfortable to wear. My favorite part of it all though and is the pocket for the phone. I searched tons of these bags on amazon cause there are tons to choose from. This is the only one with a big enough place to put the larger phones they have out these days. Other bags either had nowhere to put your phone....or you had to put it in an awkward hard to get to place or there wasnt one at all. Totally recommend this bag. I bought the grey one.

I was disappointed on receiving this item as upon investigation of the bag prior to its first use, the main zip was discovered to be faulty. The teeth on the zip to the main storage area of the bag .were not aligned which meant it would not close and this fault could not be fixed by me. I feel this was a quality control issue on the part of the manufacturer. The durability of the bag proved questionable also as it did not present as robust as I had believed it would be. I would however have retained the bag had it not been for the faulty workmanship of the zip. The bag was returned to Amazon - their returns department were very understanding and responsive to my complaint. I received a full refund including postage paid following return of the bag back to Amazon.

My bag arrived yesterday and unfortunately I must say I'm disappointed. While the bag has plenty of storage pockets there is no waist strap. I bought the bag for use when motorbike riding and without a waist strap the wind is sure to catch it. It also appears quite small making me think the near $80Au (including postage) I paid is far more than I would of in a retail shop. Finally on a minor point its black rather than the grey colour in the sale ad.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Unfortunately the plastic clip that held the one strap together would not hold together so we had to send it back. we do want a replacement but that was not available due to Amazon not making that option available to us as the item was from the US. and we are in Australia.

The material quality is good but it's smaller than expected. I've bought it for a trip overseas to bring my notebook. The main compartment can fit a 10" tablet but it cannot fit a 13" notebook. Thus I have to bring a messenger bag for my notebook.The smartphone pouch is large enough to fit a Samsung Galaxy S7 with an Otterbox case.
