Massive pills and even with quick swallow, they have an awful taste. That said, seem like good value for dose.

I’ve tried other supplements but this is the first one that gives my knees quick and noticeable pain relief. The pills are large but I can deal with that to have a product that works well.

I was told by the ortho doc to get knee replacement many years ago. I tried these supplements and - "knock on wood" - my knees have done ok. I do NOT kneel on my knees and I wear sleeves when I play some sports (other than golf and walking) - but I think these supplements have helped.

The item is not pie, has caused so much breast pain and the tablets are too big to be taken easily. On top of that we have to 3 of them Don’t recommend it
