Very high quality product. A little pricey for me, but it works. The texture is kind of runny, but you can smell the grapefruit and tea tree oil (which is nice) but it definitely is not an overbearing smell. The smell is actually a little less strong than expected. It feels a little cool and fruity on the lather but not overbearing at all (kinda like the smell). And the salicylic acid content seems high compared to other acne washes, so it is very effective. And it washes cleanly (probably a 9/10), compared to most soaps I have used (Dove For Men body wash, Head and Shoulders, etc). No breakouts and a little clarity in just a couple weeks. So great product but just a little bit overpriced imo :)

I’ve tried several acne specific face washes over time and though some have worked okay they have all left my face very dry and often irritated. I saw this one by Brickel and thought I’d give it a try. I have been very happy with the results. Not only is my skin clear but it also looks and feels healthy without added moisturizer. I love this brand. All there products are great. You cant go wrong with any of it. High quality ingredients. Smells fantastic. Works good on my skin and doesnt dry it out. I got this and the charcoal wash and alternate for best results. Just get it and thank me later.

I know Brickell makes good stuff, so I was expecting good things from this face wash. I'm happy to say my expectations were exceeded, especially in two areas: 1. This is, hands down, the best-smelling skin care product I have ever used. I know this should be at best a secondary consideration when purchasing a product, but it really is so damn good! It smells natural and clean, not perfumey, and the grapefruit and tea tree come together in an unexpectedly pleasant way. I look forward to smelling this stuff every time I wash my face. 2. It's super effective. I've only been using this face wash for a little over a week, and my skin's texture and brightness have increased dramatically. I discovered there were areas of skin in my forehead that I didn't even realize had issues, but over the course of the week the skin got so much smoother. Blackheads and pore blockages literally worked themselves up to the surface of the skin, where they were able to be gently abraded away with a wash cloth or even just my fingernail. Now the skin is literally smoother all over. I've also been using this to wash my scalp before I shave my head, and I've had far less irritation and redness since using it. I had a couple of ingrown hairs from shaving, and the redness went away after a couple of days and I haven't seen any new ones. The only negative thing I might say (if you could even call it a negative) would be that the consistency of the product is a little on the runny side, so it needs a bit of caution when dispensing. But that's easy enough to navigate after using it the first time. I would heartily recommend this face wash to any guy wanting clear, smooth skin and a clearer, brighter complexion. I'm in my mid-forties and have used dozens of different face washes, most of which claimed to reduce blemishes or promote clear skin. I can confidently say this is the best one I've tried, no question. Very happy!

Im 2 weeks in using it every night and morning, and my face and neck acne has reduced significantly. I paired it with Brickell's face scrub. Now that stuff is worth it. This acne control works for my oily skin, not sure about dry skin. It leaves my skin feeling tight though, so i apply a thin layer of lotion which does the trick.

used this, washing my face every day and every night for around 2 months and it has definently reduced my ache, it does dry out your skin a little so do moisturize and don't rely on only this to wash your face use it in combination with others skin care products

I have been using the Charcoal face wash for a while which in itself is a wonderful product but wanted to give this a try to see if it helped with the occasional outbreak. I have to say it’s another great product that has helped keep the outbreaks under control. It feels really fresh and has nice smell, would highly recommend for sensitive skin.
