great pool table especially for the money
got this table for the family for xmas, had my strong nephew and friend carry the table top to the basement thru the hatchway (it was a tight fit but just cleared the stair opening) - much more manageable if you unpack the huge box, once we got all the parts down there we had it assembled and set up in about 15 minutes, make sure you have enough people (or two strong guys) to turn the table right side up without rotating it on the legs - the legs may be strong enough to but didn't want to risk it. my basement floor must be pretty level because the pool surface was perfectly level without any further adjustments. the accessories are ok quality - the balls are pretty good (i'm just a recreational player used to playing bar tables), but the sticks are featherweight wood-look plastic and the triangle is basic. i ordered some pretty nice weighted Viper cues for about $30 and a wood 8 & 9 ball rack - they rack the balls much tighter, also got a box of red chalk (came with blue) so that any residual chalk wouldn't show up. also bought a moose bridge which i just slipped onto one of the cheap sticks. not including the sticks, the replacement accessories (chalk, dots, racks and bridge were only about $30 here on amazon). as for performance, i am by no means a pro, but i think it's fantastic for the money, the quality is surprisingly good, so far after a fair amount of use the felt is holding up just fine as i would hope it should. also bought some stick on dots as surface didn't didn't have them and it makes it much easier to locate the rack. the ping pong top, although smaller than regulation is pretty good, as long as you take care to put the two halves together - they join in the middle with 3 wood pegs so you need to slide them together, if you were to lift one side up to take apart you'd probably break the pegs. the paddle are pretty cheap but work, we got a nicer set to replace them. the net, which works pretty well, is poorly sewn at the ends where the loops slip onto the vertical posts, but not a problem, we just sewed them back on, you might as well reinforce all four of them because they will come undone pretty soon - but it works great now after fixing. the top is 1/2" and has nice action and actually is a perfect size for my kids (ages 7 & 10). as for the pool table size, i always thought the room in my basement wasn't wide enough, so i never thought about getting one, length is fine (22' x <11' wide), but in actuality, i can use a full size cue for most shots, i bought a nice weighted 48" cue for when i'm jammed up on the side rail and it works great, but the 7' table size works great in that width room and is perfect for the kids. everyone loves the table, we play it all weekend or whenever else we can

found on Walmart, much better deal on Amazon
I swear, Amazon buyers see whats doing well at Walmart, then make a phone call. The reviews were accurate regarding easy assembly. four legs (x 4 bolts each), four side pieces x 4 bolts each, add the feet, flip it over and done. that is a big deal as we get older. Nobody wants 4 hour assemblies. I did it alone, 75 minutes(including unpacking and leveling). With a friend, 30 minutes makes sense. I flipped the table over and upright myselt (I worried about the wheels collapsing with the stress but there was no problem. I turned the wheels all the way in - shortest possible - before rotating it upwards). The lifting upright was a little strain (I'm 6' tall 190 lbs.) but not too bad. Two people is a better idea. Two women of average size could do this. Caution assemblying the 4 legs, I had two correct and had to reverse the other two. There holes look the same, but aren't, just make sure there are two holes (half way up the leg) on the long side of the table when you place the legs. Only took a minute to correct my oops. Overall this is "very good pool table for a small area especially for kids". kids need it short to make the shots. 9 foot tables are frustrating to beginners. I had half a garage, 17 feet long x 9 foot width which works. Still need a short cue for some side shots. The two cues they provide are average and usable. They provide all equipment needed for ping pong and pool. It's playing size is similar to those quarter pay slot 6 foot tables at bars. So playing area is small 6'x3', outside dimesnions 46" wide x 84" long, 31" high. 250 lbs stated, seems about right. The tennis table top is cheap heavy pressboard, two pieces. which is nice for lifting. Still a bit heavy for each piece. Could use some lifting handles. Might be better to switch to high grade thin plywood.Haven't really tried it out yet. In leveling it, results were impressive. Easy task with impressive results. I think you'll be happy with the leveling capability remembering it's the lowest cost pool table you can buy. Balls roll straight, except a little turn towards the sidewall, but not too bad. Just out of the box maybe it'll improve a bit with time. Keep the cat off by making a cover (thick painting cloth, or thick plastic-water/pee proof) that hangs over the edge by 8 inches, so far the hangover of the material has stopped the cat from jumping up. Or, use the cardboard cover, cut it up. Might be better or worse. Let it overhang, cat will miss the jump due to the overhange. Only been a few days, so far so kitty proof, dang longhair kitties. Darn good buy for the garage or bedroom. Highly suggest it so far. Paid $575 plus tax free Amazon Prime delivery Aug 15, 2013. Footprints all over the box when it arrived. I opened it up, it was ok. Unpacking suggestion, make sure it's face down so you don't have to reverse it to start assembling. Tap the package near the center, put solid size down, hollow side up.

You will need at two to four people to move for safety as the whole package weighs over 350 lbs.
This pool table is exactly as I expected. Trust me when I say that I had tried to and would have preferred to have a Slate table in my basement however circumstances prevented that. With that said, I can tell you that this table when fully assembled is a good length to play on giving you some long shots to have fun with. It has taken a couple of weeks to settle the leveling foot pads to get a true role to the pockets. But they are easy to level. The bed of the table has been smooth and straight from side to side and end to end, no warp or fall away. The pockets are formed plastic cups so it takes a little ball movement between pockets sometimes when one pocket gets populated. The bumpers/rails are stiff and do not give high end pool hall response but they are softening with play. The two piece interlocking ping pong table top is solid and easy to add or take away when deciding which game to play. The cues and paddles for the games are not high end but enough for inexperienced players. My biggest surprise was that the billiard balls are a higher quality than I expected which makes for solid play and response. Well worth the money. I would recommend this for the family as we play for hours at a time and have had zero issues with it in the first month of play and expect none going forward.

Save your $
If I could give 0 I would. Table was severely damaged now I have to wait 13 days for it to be picked up and taken away for a refund.

Great little pool table for the price. It’s a nice size for a family room but still enjoyable by adults. Easy to set up. We will be getting a couple of nicer cues but honestly we had all sorts of fun with this table “as is” on Christmas Day.

This pool/ping pong table is really good. I have some space limitations in my basement so the size is perfect: not as big as a full size one, but absolutely playable for both pool and ping pong. This is no kiddie table, even if it's not an 8ft one. Pool: wonderful. As I said, not full regulation table, but close enough to play very decently. The table itself is very sturdy and, unlike other reviewers, I didn't have any issues leveling it, maybe because it's sitting on an even floor. Ping pong: it would be nicer if it was full width, and you notice it. BUT, you can play no problem. I haven't played with any intensity yet, since my kids are just learning, but I feel that if I did I might risk moving the playing surface a bit. Nothing that some well placed velcro couldn't fix. I would have given this table a 5-star review if it wasn't for the pricing. Mind you, I don't find it too expensive, the quality is there and I'm happy. It's just that the price keeps changing almost daily for some reason. Unfortunately I ended up paying $100+ than what it was advertised just a few days before and a day later. And there's no way to contact the seller for a price adjustment. A 10% price difference is certainly something you notice, and leaves you with some bitter taste about the transaction, if not about the product.

Great quality and fun for the kids

I had such high hopes for this table. I will start with the good. The table is packacked pretty good and is fairly light for what it is. Once put together, which is fairly quick and easy with few bolts, the table is pretty stable. The ping pong table is good and meets the needs for fun and general use. Unfortunately, the bulk price of this table is spent on the pool portion and that is where it fails. I had some issues with shipping as there were no companies that shipped to my small Northern town. I made the 12 hour journey to pick up the product after it had been "misplaced" for 3 weeks so that it would be home for Christmas. After spending the night in a hotel, I brought the item home the next day. No damage to the packaging or to the items inside so I was happy. I assembled the table and started levelling it for use. I thought my level was out of whack or something but found that the middle of the table was at least 1/2 inch higher than the rest of the table. This "bow" in the table makes it frustrating to play and essentially unusable unless you only want to play off the rails lol. Long story short, there's a lot of scratches with the white ball self rolling into the pockets due to the bow in the middle. The construction is out of mdf which is fine but I noticed when assembling gmuch of the construction adhesive was not between the connection points of the boards. Not a major thing but telling as to the construction process and attention to details. I know it's not an expensive table but I had higher hopes from this product. Overall, not worth the pricetag. On the upside, Amazon customer service has been excellent in assisting me.
