I have this item on subscribe and save because I need it. I take this and the day time one and they really do help symptoms for me. I do take additional sage as there’s not enough in these tablets to stop my sweating but they definitely help. I’m sleeping better, less brain fog as long as I take regularly, anxiety improved, itchy skin improved. I can’t function without them. If trying for the first time give them time to work don’t give up just because it takes longer than a week to feel the benefits. Even hrt takes time to stabilise things. Supplements for menopause are a long term commitment.

My friend recommended to me for her ppmms. Et first l (47y) didn’t believe that tables work but after a while about two months my sleep improved. I sleep now through out the night without waking up in early mornings hours and being tired the next day gone also my moods are gone . Feel happy and full of energy.

I am a mid sixties woman with an interrupted sleep problem. I bought these tablets because I have, on average, only six hours sleep a night. This would be fine if slept solidly for all of those hours but unfortunately I wake up two or three times during that period and it takes me some time to get back to sleep. I have now been taking these tablets for a week (I have a month's supply). For the first 2-3 days I could detect no noticeable change in my sleeping habits but for the last four nights I have seen a reduction in the number of times I have woken up and I now get back to sleep much faster. It has not lengthened the time I sleep I still get about six hours per night but I do feel more refreshed in the morning. I should add that I have also been using the same brand's lavender balm which I bought at the same time as the tablets. the combination of these two may have an impact on the results. I will complete the course of one month's supply and if there is any further improvement I will update this review.

These have really helped with my sleep pattern

I have only used Health & Her Sleep+ for about two months now. I have noticed I’m sleeping a lot better than I normally do. I have noticed I am having very bad dreams , I’m not sure if this due taking this tablet. It’s a bit hard to swallow as they are rather big tablets but if you drink it with a lot of water it helps. So far I have only woken up at 4am once other than the dreams , I have not had any side effects. I do sleep better and find I am more calmer during the day. Definitely going to continue using this product. Worth the money too.

Unfortunately these have not helped at all. I was desperate and will to try anything, I thought these would help but they have made no difference at all.

Been using for sometime now. And does seem to help.

So far this product has had a mild relaxant affect. Its helped but not as much as I required
