Ani Mate Inc CAN00257 Cat Collar Magnet For Electromagnetic Door - 2 Magnets

I bought this so that my pet could trigger the Hall effect sensor (magnet sensor) on my dog door. It was hit or miss with a single magnet so I had to add the 2nd magnet to resolve the issue. Additionally, it seems a little expensive for a magnet with a loop on it so one can attach it to a collar.

Very good that our cats can get in and out but not next doors cat who eats their expensive food, terrorises them and, the cherry on the cake, has a good stinky squirt around the house!The magnets are fine and as they have a little bit of weight to them, they stay under the cats chins and make entrances and exits simple.. great product

It seems to be well made and fitted on the new collar very easily. It opens the cat flap without difficulty.
