Absolute New York Waterproof Gel Eye Liner (NFB78 Black)

This was one great eyeliner I know that works really good for me, and I was having a hard time trying to find it because I thought maybe it was discontinued and most beauty supply stores in Florida, and in South Carolina. I felt like I hit the lottery when I found it here! 🥰

Love this eyeliner! Doesn’t smudge but the pencil wears down quickly so make sure you have a few on-hand.

Surprisingly good product. I received this eyeliner quickly. I can put this on my waterline at 10am and go to work until 11pm and it looks the same. The consistency of the product is creamy. I'll agree that it's waterproof bc it stays on even when my eyes are watery. It is actually pigmented unlike other eyeliners I've wasted my money on. Use a light hand when applying this product bc it's very easy to go overboard with such a good item.

I do not like that it smears easy.

Easy to apply and long lasting but not water proof

I wear white eyeliner every day and this one is by far the BEST on the market. I have bought at least 10 others and thrown them away after one use. This one is bright white, stands out and looks spectacular! Love this product!!

White eyeliner pencils ordered. One has no eyeliner at all and the other is not accessible. Also to get a refund I have to return items. It seems gross to return make up (regardless of not being used) and not just throw away.
