Excellent product for BASIC comminication
Excellent if you want a basic Bluetooth to use while your phone is in your pocket.tells you number that is calling, even on the call waiting signal.callers will have no trouble hearing you,or you, them.not good for music or for those who want long range from phone.totally hands free to receive and have conversation.no bells and whistles, won’t turn on your dishwasher.these are good for single ear basic hands free high quality conversation, while phone is in you pocket.you can drive,do yard work,do regular work, all hands free, with no tinny,or echo chamber,so common with cheap bluetooths.like all electronics they don’t have a long useful life,so every six months replacement is our rule of thumb, once a year for the phone,if you want no issues.we have been buying these for years, after jawbone Bluetooth went broke.

Overall an awesome headset
I use this headset for my personal phone, but got this model to test and maybe, eventually switch it to my work phone and work computer. I love this headset so far. A lot of times I answer my phone by picking it up, or going first to speakerphone and it is so easy and quick to switch over to the Jabra Stealth. Other headsets have taken longer, so I have to ask someone to repeat what they said, but not with the Jabra Stealth! Those on the other end of the call say it sounds clear with no tunnel sound and they rarely hear background noise. I initially used the black ear inserts and found them uncomfortable on long calls. I switched over to the orange ear inserts, which are not a full loop, but a partial hook, and I love them! it is so comfortable and long calls are not an issue. It feels secure in my ear and I have not had any issues with it slipping. Charging has not been an issue. I have developed a routine to keep it charged and I have never been disappointed with it dieing in the middle of a call. I consider this a very wise purchase!

Best home office headset
Bought this specifically to connect to my Avaya one-x soft phone on my computer. No need for it to be noise cancelling. Plug in the usb and it’s hooked up immediately. Also connects to my phone at the same time. Only complaints are if someone calls me on my cell while I’m talking on my office line, it completely interrupts the sound until I ignore that call or let it ring through. I usually just disconnect from my phone though and it’s not a big deal. Also, battery is weak. Gets you through the day but leaves you at 20-40% so you have to recharge every night. Again, not a big deal. Plenty of different size ear pieces too

Great Earpiece (bad experience with customer support)
Bought two of these (one in 2015 and other few months ago) and i'm very happy. Use it mainly for "Skype for Business" and also with my iPhone. Travels with me everywhere and i travel *a lot*. Audio integration with PC can be a bit tricky on Windows 7 but is very seamless on Windows 10. Noise reduction and audio quality is awesome! The in-ear fit is very comfortable and i dont even feel it inside my ear even after a 3 hour call. The silicone gel can come off easily, need to pay attention when putting this in your pocket or taking it out.The product is great but reducing 1 star for the below reason...Latest FW update from Jan 2017 was causing issues. One of the main issues was... when pressing the mute button on earpiece during a "Skype for Business" call on my PC, it wasn't muting the skype call but instead triggering a voice command on my iPhone and thereby interrupting the Skype call. This worked fine before the FW upgrade. Called customer support and explained this issue. When i asked for the rep's name (i always do so i can refer to the person by name), he told me it didn't matter and is not relevant to this support call. His tone was hostile and borderline condescending. The conversation wasn't pleasant at all, he was either in a really bad mood or just the wrong person to be answering help desk calls. One of his suggestions to re-download FW did actually help, so i'll give him a pass.Though the customer support call was a bad experience, I would still buy more JABRA products. I strongly recommend buying this if you use "Skype for Business" at work but if you end up calling customer support and end up getting the same guy... have patience and forgive him.

Very disappointed for $100+ bluetooth
I have 2 Jabra stealth Bluetooth headsets identical to this one for $70/EA over 7 years ago and they BOTH worked ALL 7 years in truck driving. Charged well and operated well. This one brand new, very disappointed. Leave it charge, unplug it, switch on, 1hr later, DEAD. Why and how? Never before after 7years did both of my Stealths ever do that. Money wasted

To replace a discontinued Bose earpiece
The connect-ability to a call is lightening fast! My Bose one ear piece of five years takes a while now before connecting. The jabra automatically connects the call within a second. At first, I was sketical about buying this piece due to some of the reviews I read here before purchasing. How I came to my decision to purchase was by first doing a Google search for the best rated brands of one ear pieces for 2021. According to some article, this jabra came in second place. I purchased this used, in acceptable condition for half price. Definitely a winner for ear pieces in my book! My only gripe (mentioned by others here too) is that there isn't a volume control button on the ear piece itself. However, not a major issue for the quality, talk time and comfortable fit. The second gripe (also mentioned by others here in the reviews) is that when the piece is charging, the red light turns off completely after some minutes. I never know if it's fully charged. Although, it seems to be when in use.Update: the talk time is about 1.5 hrs straight (or longer, IDK). Because the person who calls talks for 1.5 hrs straight. One gripe I have is that the orange cushion that goes into the ear falls off the earpiece. Making the earpiece fall out of the ear.
