I'm struggling to get a foam in an aerocinno anyone had any success?

I've been using this in the Aerocinno and it foams brilliantly. I prefer Moma in my coffee now to the usual creamers, just can't see past it. You are using it on 'heat' mode (quick press & button turns red) and not 'cold' mode (long press & blue button) aren't you? Also I give the carton a good shake as there is settlement after storage.

This brand curdles in my coffee, other brands of oat milk dont. Why?
