Highly recommend. I was contemplating between the UFO 2 or UFO 3, however after looking into the two the 3 didn't warrant the extra expenses. The 2 does more than I would need. I've not used it with a mask yet (I'm not considering buying the Foreo official ones, I'm just going to use a usual sheet mask and run it over the top) I have however used it with my normal serum (with heat&pulsation) my face cream (with heat & pulsation) and my eye cream (cold) then run over with a cold setting over my entire face to finish. After my face feel amazing The build is good and high quality 👌

Feels like a gimmick but I decided to go for it when I was suffering with really dry skin. Paired with the H2O overload masks I feel like they were really effective. I love doing them when I’m in need of an extra pamper of feel a bit stressed. Long story short: do you need it? No. Do you want it: you sure do!

I had a very frustrating experience with the UFO 2 and FOREO in general. After using the device for just a week, it stopped working properly (the bluetooth wasn't connecting and it kept turning off even when fully charged and in the middle of a treatment). While FOREO did replace the unit, the issues didn’t end there. The subscription linked to my original faulty device continued to charge me (£10/month) even after I went through the warranty process. I ended up paying for a new subscription on the replacement UFO 2 as well, just two weeks after my first payment. I wasn’t aware the original subscription was still active, especially since I went through their warranty claim and had disconnected the device from the app. Unfortunately, FOREO has refused to refund me for these duplicate charges, stating they "can’t" do so. I imagine they are aware of the issue and even though it would be easy to include a step to deactivate any subscriptions during a warranty claim, they like to take more money. On top of this, the UFO 2’s heating and cooling functions are surprisingly short-lived, and honestly, I’ve found them underwhelming. While the concept of the device is great, the execution and customer service left much to be desired. I didn’t mind paying for a premium product, but I expected far better quality. I would advise anyone considering this to think twice before purchasing. I regret falling for the IG and influencer marketing that is alive and well for this brand.

Outre son esthétique et sa qualité de conception, réaliser un masque en 5 minutes avec encore plus de résultat qu’un masque traditionnel au bout de 20 minutes c’est vraiment appréciable et la douce chaleur qui contribue à se détendre c’est le nirvâna !

The UFO2 is terrific! I charged it, gave myself a 90 second massage with the included mask (Make My Day) and repeated it. My skin feels soft and dewy. It was a warm, relaxing experience. I'm a total convert. I used my Luna mini 3 to clean my face in the shower (very gentle) and after breakfast did the facial. I was a little worried, because I chose the best price ($30 ) below most of the Amazon prices. It works perfectly! Worth every cent! After all of those years scrubbing my face off with electric face brushes, I've realized that being gentle with my skin is going to be much more beneficial.

Very convenient and comforting to use. I can see glow when using ufo w my sheetmask vs when I don use ufo.
