Q: Is the Lilac a fragrance oil or pure essential oil?

The label specifies it's a fragrance oil, so it is NOT essential oil. From what i understand, a lilac essential oil is / would be very expensive. This scent is very strong, and fine for many purposes, but may not contain some medicinal benefits, perhaps, of an essential oil.

Q: I read this has to be diffused with oil. How does a diffuser work for this perfume oil?

You can BUY a diffuser to use with oil, but it does not COME with the oil. The way you use a diffuser, it is like a humidifier is used, add water, add a couple drops of oil and run.

Q: What’s the burning point? I want to put this in my wax warmer bowl instead of using wax melts. (Supposedly it’s more economical...?)

I don't know what the burning point is as I am not a chemist, but I can tell you that you can add the essential oil to your wax warmer bowl. I have been doing this for a couple of years now. Make sure that you add some water to the oil though or it will be way to strong and will get a funky smell after a while. I usually do about 3 tablespoons of water to 10 drops of oils

Q: Is this an essential oil or a perfume oil.

This is a "fragrance" oil, not an essential oil. Used for perfume, soap, etc. I have searched and searched ... there is no "essential" oil for scents like lilac, lotus blossom, etc. Big difference between essential & fragrance oils! Use this for perfumes, scent pots, soaps, etc for the scent
