OK Folks! Don't waste your money on plastic cheap toys that you have to hold on to so it doesn't fall over or snap and have the globe plastic cloud up! This has a firm metal base and thick glass globe (Won't break without being very careless). All nice metal parts! This is a real Gum Ball machine that you can use with coins "or" without...your choice. You can easily change the delivery size so you can get one smaller gum ball, 3 smaller gum balls, or 1 large gumball, chicklets, jelly beans, peanuts, M&Ms, you name it! What a deal! I bought two to help potty train my grandson that soon will be 3 two mos. I can't say enough about it! I'm thrilled with my purchase. There are plenty of videos online on how to convert to use without coins as the instructions were a bit hard for me at 62. It's not complicated. I just wanted to do it right.

My 4 year old begged for a gumball machine for her birthday. I read many reviews and chose this machine and I couldn't be happier.This gumball machine was a huge hit at her birthday party and the best part is kids need a coin, any coin to receive 1 gumball. It has limited the amount of gumballs each kid eats. A simple turn of the stopper underneath, releases the coins. In addition, the Tree Huggers Natural Gumballs are the perfect tiny size for this machine, which i was afraid would be too small. But it's perfect.

This was a great birthday present for my oldest son when he turned 11! It has a nice solid weight and a cool vintage look. It takes coins and works pretty well. It does jam up a little bit here and there- hence the four stars instead of five- but still a good value for the price and has been used quite a bit! My only regret is all the gumballs he’s been chewing- terrible for the teeth! Just remember to brush extra and apologize to your dentist ;)

I got this gumball machine for my daughter for Christmas and it is so cute! She absolutely loves it. It's a nice solid weight without being too heavy with a pretty color. We got it in red. The kids all love using it. It is so fun! I do have to be careful as the globe is actual glass so I make sure they're not being too rowdy when they use it. It's also a fun, great way for her to save change.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my kiddo, she's 2.75yo. Most machines at grocery stores she can't turn the handle herself, this one she can turn without help. I am leaving it so it requires money to operate. It takes any size change. You can disable that feature, but I prefer not to. The dome is glass, the body is cast metal, it feels like a quality machine. My kiddo has been scouring the house for any lost change to get her gumballs.

Purchased as a potty training treat dispenser. Used skittles instead of gum balls and works perfectly. Turn knob is a little hard to turn though.
