This item arrived quickly and in good condition via Amazon Prime.First off, yes, this is the model that holds 30-30 ammunition. It's one of the few calibers I couldn't find listed on the product page, but this is the model for it. The box was much larger than I had anticipated, but it is very sturdy. With 100 rounds inside, it holds the weight and they stack very well. The top portion of the lid is translucent, the sides of the lid and the rest of the case is thicker and opaque.The box locks very firmly and since the lid is now designed to lay back completely, you no longer have to worry about getting your knuckles scraped when reaching for ammo. The box has proven to be very wear resistant, and none of the ammunition stored in this case has shown any signs of age or oxidation.This is a superior product. It has proven itself to be incredibly tough, reliable and functional. Those looking for a safe and clean method for ammunition transportation and storage could hardly be better served than by investing in these MTM ammo boxes. They are without question, the gold standard of their product type.

I purchased 7 of these to hold my 308 Ammo. I cut the box end off the original ammo box and place it on the inside box cover with double sided removable tap. The cases are clear enough that this allows quick visual identification of what is contained in each box from the top. While they are stacked you cant see this but I used labels and placed them on the outside of the box.The boxes hold 100 rounds and are good quality. They are designed to stack making them great for storing in larger quantities.I would recommend for anyone who wants to organize their ammo.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I have bought these for a couple of rifle loads that I do.Now I got 2 more of them for my reload 3" 410 shells.I have to put brass up do to the brass won't fit the holes pointed down.These are great for taking into the field for dove hunting. I have not busted one yet. And they hold 100 each, that means that I can do all my reloading at the end of late season and I'll be good for the next year.

I purchased this incorrectly for my 7mm Rem Mag ammunition so the rounds must be carried tip down. This is not for magnum fodder.The biggest disappointment was the "live hinge". It did not have and actual hinge but the old molded flap.I just wasn't careful enough in the ordering process.

The image they posted of this product does not do it justice.I was really worried it was crappy cheap plastic with thin material, boy was I wrong.This thing is super heavy duty, not only does it hold my rounds perfectly, I could practically throw it on the ground and probably not expect it to crack or break. It's extremely easy to carry and handle and so convenient when you just want your ammo in one place.The only thing I'd recommend is grabbing some silica gel (dry packs) and put them in there if you're worried water may get into it.I took it out in very humid weather with a lot of condensation, when I got home my gun was practically soaked with condensation but none of my rounds even had a drop on them.Get yourself one of these if you like convenience, high quality, well priced products :P

Great boxes for storing my reloads. Keeps them organized & i put the empty cases in them to reload again after firing. They come with handy load data labels that you can wright all your load data on them and peel & stick onto the outside. They are available in a few different colors so you can sort by color or if you load similar size but different caliber. They do a great job of protecting your precision ammo and they stack well. They are sized for different caliber rifle or pistol, but one box may fit several different calibers. I use them for all my reloads.

Amazing cases, and they don't cost much. The hinge is a nice touch! I have other cases that have a bent plastic hinge and over time I worry they will snap or crack. Thiese hinged cases feel like they will last a long time. They stack very well!

I use these to put factory ammo into when I go to PRS matches so people think I reload. When I outscore most of the guys that do, they ask me what powder I use and what bullet seating depth I use. And I say, "top secret, buddy".

I bought this for totally different purpose. To keep my perfume samples organized and safe. I have looked all over to find the perfect tray, box, or whatever that can keep my perfume samples in an upright position and safely stored. Few expensive wooden options are available but they usually don't carry as much as 100 vials!I went ahead with this one as I noticed another reviwer on Amazon.com praising it for the same purpose, and it was perfect!Very good qualtiy plastic, sturdy and just perfect for most sample vials. They snug in there and they would not lose their place even if the box is flipped. Larger samples (13 mm diameter) won't fit, but most samples are smaller.Highly recommended.
