Measure before you replace old hinges
Hinges are composed of four parts:Frame wing - attaches to the frameDoor wing - attaches to the doorKnuckle - connects the frame wing and door wingPin - holds the hinge togetherThese hinges do not work well as replacement hinges for older cabinets.If you push your hinge down on a tape measure and your hinge measures 2" you are in for an extended installation time.My original hinges measure 2" with a Door wing measurement of 1 3/8"; most hinges I've encountered are 1 7/8" with a Door wing measurement of 1 1/4"The Door wing on the 2" hinges I want to replace have a Door wing measurement of 1 3/8"The newer Chinese hinges have a Door wing measurement of 1 1/4" and none of the door holes line up. (The Frame wing is ok at 2 1/8)These hinges will move the door closer to the latch side of the door and if you have two doors closing edge to edge they will over lap or rub. (larger knuckle gap)There are three, four, five companies that market this exact same product, after a month or two of searching for the 2" hinges and an email to Amerock, I gave up.You will need a square , sharp pencil, a self centering drill bit and be prepared to move the frame wing back a 1/8 because these hinges when installed retro also leave a noticeable gap on the hinge side. (you can see in the cabinet)

They're hindges that close after being opened. What more can you say? :-)
These Amerock hidges work pretty well. They come with matching screws and two pads for the corners of the door to keep it from slamming shut. I believe these are discontinued by the manufacturer so make sure you order enough. Amazon will not let you order more than there is in stock which is good as two other places I tried let me order them only to cancel my order as the could not order more.

NOT white
The two sets I received were not white. They were beige/cream color. Looked very bad with the bright white cabinets I just painted. Disappointed with color and Amazon accepted return. Hinges were of nice quality.
