Supremely comfortable, outperforming mattresses costing 30x the price!
12 years ago my spine was absolutely shattered in a car accident and I lost 7.5cm in height. Consequently, mattress comfort is very important to me - if I don't have a comfortable night, I spend the next few waking days in serious pain. This mattress was bought for the spare room, thinking that a cheap item would be fine for occasional use by guests. In fact, it turns out to be far more comfortable than the £1500 mattress on our main bed. It's soft but supportive, and doesn't put undue pressure on any area of the body which might be particularly sensitive. When my back is bad, I slip into the spare room for a night now for a deep, comfortable sleep. My elderly parents were so delighted with the comfort of this mattress when staying over that they've now bought one for themselves. Regarding 'smells', yes for two or three days a chemical scent could be detected - then it was gone. It was fairly strong at first and would have made it difficult to share the room with it the first two days, so I would recommend opening it and allowing it to air and loft for a few days in a spare room first if this is intended for your main bed. Regarding it being too thin when first opened - well others have complained it too an inordinate amount of time to loft - ours was at full thickness after only a few hours, but looked more plump and happy after a couple more days; as above, leave it in a spare room for a couple of days. I can't understand anyone complaining about spending £70 on this mattress - it's a steal! I've had a number of different mattresses in my bedroom over the last decade, the cheapest of which was £1000, the most expensive £2500. This £70 gem is more comfortable than any of them. I see no trace of wear on ours yet, but if as some have complained, it doesn't last as long as some other mattresses, so what? Surely it's better to replace more often and still spend substantially less money over the same period for far greater comfort? I think so. I just wish there was a thicker version. The design of the bed frame in our main bedroom is such that a six inch mattress just isn't thick enough, and I can't persuade my wife to part with the frame she loves. If there was a ten inch thick version, I'd buy it, I'd replace the mattress on our main bed too.

Utter junk
Ordered the 150 thick 3' single bed memory foam mattress, received a 120 thick mattress that was so lightweight I could lift it with one hand. Very, very, very, disappointed with this waste of money. It is so thin that it compacts down to almost nothing under a normal person's weight, especially in the hip area. Think about it, if the foam compresses 90mm (where your hip bone is located when laying on your side) all that remains is about 35mm of foam on top of the bed base if you are lucky, yup, about an inch of foam between you and the hard bed base, ie its just like lying on a hard floor! - ouch! It was the most painful experience ever, impossible to sleep, zero adequate support due to poor quality foam, and no base layer. Total waste of £90. Mine is all tied up and ready to go straight to the local tip tomorrow after trying to sleep on it for one night and waking up covered in bruises. I strongly urge potential purchasers to READ ALL THE NEGATIVE 'ONE STAR REVIEWS' BEFORE THINKING OF BUYING THIS! All of the bad reviews are true. Just ask yourself, what do you expect for £90 when high street retailers ask about £300 for the similar sized reputable memory foam mattress, and ask yourself why the normal thickness is at least double this one, including a firm base support layer. Don't get fooled, I am not going to waste my time contacting the seller or asking for a refund, but I pity those who might be tempted to by this item out of desperation, do not waste your money. And Amazon - what on earth are you thinking about by allowing this junk to be sold on your website??

Really good for its price
It’s actually not bad the price is very good, I’ve had this for 11 months now and it’s done me well. I sleep fine, it’s comfortable, it’s got spring but also foam. It’s light and there’s no noise.

More comfortable than an air bed.
I bought this mattress shortly after moving into a new home. I bought a new bed at the same time and was trying to put a bed together cheaply as I had lots of other things to buy. The mattress arrived sooner than the bed did, so we were sleeping on this mattress on the floor for a couple of weeks until the bed arrived. And actually in that circumstance, it wasn't an awful experience. It was reasonably comfortable, and for £70, I thought it was worth the money. When the bed came, I put it together and then put the mattress on and tried it out. I immediately broke one of the slats on the bed. As the mattress is so thin and has no springs, it was difficult to get on or off the bed without breaking a slat. Once you had your weight spread across the bed it was ok, but I litterally had to try and roll off the bed as to not put all my weight on a small area or I would break a slat. With both me and my partner on it, we had to stay very still, or fear falling through the bed. I had to order a pack of replacement slats for the bed. I ended up buying a silent night mattress in the sale which was 4 times the price, but since buying the new mattress, the bed is finally functional and we haven't had a broken slat since. At the end of the day you do get what you pay for. I actually think it's not terrible for the price, but it didn't work for us, and we ended up having to buy a much better mattress within a few weeks and therefore wasted £70. We now keep this in the spare room for if we have a guest, instead of blowing up an air bed. It takes more room up as obviously you can't fold it up like an air bed, but i'd rather sleep on this on the floor than an air bed. I can see it being used for a young broke student on the floor of a room etc. but wouldn't really recommend it for a propper bed. Hopefully this helps someone decide if this mattress is for them.

Attention : il est précisé "livré avec 2 oreillers". Ce n'est pas le cas. De plus il est également indiqué "épaisseur 18 cm". Le matelas fait 15 cm. Sinon la finition inspire confiance.
