The Republic of Tea - Peppermint Bark, Cool Winter Herb Tea, 36 Tea Bags, Caffeine-Free

Hands down the best Peppermint tea I’ve had. Tastes just like peppermint bark candy and honestly I like to throw it in my cold water. It’s great at any temperature. My favorite part is it settles my nausea or upset stomachs with just a few sips. Works better than any medicines over the counter or prescribed. For this fact it’s worth the steep price for me.

OUTSTANDING tea. Sweet, accurate flavor and so so satisfying. After dinner tea that gently tells my brain that we’re done eating for the day while also not feeling like we missed out on a reward. Such a treat I wish it was. It limited- I have yet to get this flavor of tea without it tasting old or flavorless like some of the other dessert teas from this brand.

I’ve never had republic tea before, but now that I have I must buy more ! This was so good and smelt absolutely amazing strong stuff. But simple and great taste.

I'm a fan of the Republic of Tea brand in general, and this Peppermint Bark tea blend is my absolute favorite. It's a seasonal flavor, so you can only get it in the fall. I always buy two canisters, so that I can enjoy the tea year-round. I like this brand for its quality, flavor, unique blends, packaging, and quantity. This tea has a unique blend of mint flavors with a subtle undertone of chocolate that is delightfully soothing. I like to add a splash of chocolate protein shake to mine to both cool my tea to drinking temperature and create a wonderfully minty sort of low carb hot chocolate substitute. The packaging is so pretty you can leave it on a shelf in the kitchen to add a touch of whimsy to your decor. I also love the design of the lids. They pop on and off easily. I feel like these containers are just screaming to be repurposed. I know at first glance the price seems steep, but keep in mind that you get 36 tea bags in each canister.

I'm new to herbal blends and I thought the flavors would be stronger. I set my timer and let 2 bags steep in 12 oz water for 5 minutes, didn't add sweetener or creamer. Maybe a little chocolate creamer would enhance the flavor, IDK. Maybe a little less water next time. I'll have to experiment. I taste just a hint of peppermint and chocolate. I bought another flavor so we'll see how that goes. I deducted a star because the can design has a paper wrapper on it. I thought it was painted on the can for the price.

Another wonderful selection from ROT. The aroma alone is so calming and perfect for the Christmas season (or any season). Love that it’s caffeine free so I can sip at night, and the blend of clean mint and light cocoa with the green rooibos. Quietly refreshing; I have also used two sachets in the early afternoon recently, on one of “those” days. Happy shopping tea drinkers!
