If you are not skilled enough to pick practice balls with your wedge, this is the tube for you. Works much better than the bulky picker with the cloth bag. This one is light, picks well, and easy to release the 20 balls it holds.

Simple product that does it's job. You can operate the latch with your feet, which is great. Sometimes the balls don't go in past the latch, but the ball stays in, and the next ball pops it up, or you pop it up with your toe. This one does not have writing on the tube, which I'm fine with. Nice product.

I like the latch mechanism that allows for picking up the balls. It also serves for releasing the balls and can be operated by foot which is really convenient. This is well built and is heavy duty compared to the last one I had. The last one suffered a lot of sun damage. I think this one will too if not stored in a shady area.

Simple tool that does the intended job. I carry this in my bag at the practice facility, using it to pick up nearby balls when my bucket gets low. Best use is after a round of pitching/chipping practice: just walk up to the green and grab the balls by pressing the tube down over each one. Tube clicks when a ball has been retrieved, the tube holds 21 balls. There is a spring activated latch at the bottom, pull it back to release the balls.

does the job as advertised, no complaints so far. Does get a little heavy when full but that is too be expected. Only downside to it is it is rather bulky so I recommend you practice with it and then leave in the car once done, don't take it on the course if possible.

I wrecked my back recently so picking up practice balls was a painful procedure. I first got a traditional shag bag with zippered enclosure. There were several problems with it: 1) It was too short (I’m 6’3”) 2) Spring pressure was way too strong 3) It made a horrible racket as the bag support clanged against the tube 4) I still had to bend down to empty the bag and the zippered opening was too small The stick shagger fixed every one of these issues and was cheaper on top of it. Spring pressure is perfect and just release the tab with your foot. The only downside is doesn’t hold as many balls as a bag shagger but I honestly would just buy two of these then put up with the hassle of the other one. Fantastic product.
