Very good phone, being using the Galaxy phone for years, and all of them have been a very good and nice product, this S20+ is fantastic

Camera quality is exceptional. One of the Sims is electronic so ensure your provider supports eSims if you are thinking of two numbers.

Bought a "Bring Your Own Phone" kit and installed the SIM card, then called StraightTalk to have them activate my phone. He worked on it for a moment or 2 then came back and said that phone cannot be added to the StraightTalk network. They could not provide a date when it would be covered. Got the same message from Verizon. I ended up at AT&T which appears to be working. They have shipped SIM cards so we must wait for them before we'll know. So for me, the jury is still out on this phone. Had to take the phone to a local AT&T office to have the process started again. They eventually got it working and now we are having trouble with the phone - it turns off during calls, drops calls and calls are interupted. This phone has been nothing but trouble.

I bought this to future proof myself for 5g but in the settings it doesn't even have an option for 4g. It's only 2g/3g and LTE. Found out the hard way when my provider I formed me that they are shutting down 3g and will no longer support my phone. I thought it was wierd but yeah upon hours and hours of research turns out the phone is just a 3g version for United Arab Emirates version.If you are okay with having a dead phone though the phone itself is amazing. The Camera is by far and away the very best so now it's just an amazing camera and media device for my home.

The listing doesn't state that the phone isn't 5G and because of this, I wish I could return it. For what it is, however, it's a pretty good value. The camera is of high quality and it overall feels really premium. I will say though that the phone is a little too big, to be honest. I have big hands and still struggle to reach the edges of the screen with just my thumb. I don't like that the volume and power buttons are on the same side, it can also be hard the tell sometimes if you are holding the phone right side up leading to me flipping it around a second after I grab it. Overall, it's not a bad phone, but the listing is dishonest in not making it clear that this phone isn't 5G capable.
