This is a perfect sized bolster for my massage table. It is firm and offers support for behind the knees or under the ankles. The only down fall is that there is only a strap on one side which can make it difficult to remove during a massage.

I am a massage therapist and I don’t love this for a standard person but it is suitable for my male clients. It is pretty firm but wish I got a smaller one. It’s good quality.
