Our family love this stuff having frequently bought it on vacations on the European continent. Garlicky and salty - addictive!Especially good condiment for BBQs and as an indulgent appetiser with chunks of fresh, crusty bread.Very happy to see it available here in the UK.

A taste of Spain
I first came across this brand of Allioli whilst in Spain. The garlic flavour is very strong, and the thickness and texture is the same as a mayonnaise. This is delicious with salads, toasted bread, Fried potatoes meat such as pork and chicken.

Closest you can get to pure crushed garlic paste. Perfect.
I adore this stuff - it’s about the closest you can get to pure garlic paste and it goes wonderfully on the side with fish, meat or tapas like patatas bravas (fried potato chunks). It used to be that we could only find this brand in Mallorca years ago, so I was surprised but delighted to find it being sold here.If it is refrigerated, the garlic has far less bite, so leave it out of the fridge for a good 20 - 30 mins before use. I think it is the perfect accompaniment to a plate of Parma ham, sundried tomato in olive oil and hunks of fresh, crusty bread.

My girlfriend is from Sevilla, Spain, and she went crazy finding it in Amazon. The flavour is great and is quite a big quantity so she's loving it. 100% recommended.

This is the proper stuff. Very garlicky indeed. I’m using it wherever crushed garlic is called for in a recipe. A small teaspoon equals about a 1 clove of fresh garlic with no chopping, crushing or washing up. Keep tasting. You can always add but you can’t take away - as my mother taught.

It has always been my go to brand when in Spain for a shop bought alioli. If you are just expecting a water down garlic mayonnaise do not buy. But if you want proper Spanish alioli you are not going to find anything better in the UK. Great with black rice, fideua, grilled cuttlefish, Spanish tortilla, the list goes on an on...
