Tienen un bajo nivel de BHB, me cambie a un producto en polvo que tiene 11.5g de BHB por porcion y se siente el efecto, estas tiene un nivel muy bajito que en realidad no ayuda en casi nada

This was my first time using a keto diet for weight loss. This product really reduces food cravings and hunger. They've been very helpful in keeping me on track. I don't know if they actually put you in ketosis, but I've lost 11 lbs in a month, so I'm happy!

The urine strips never changed color, to I was able to verify ketosis with a finger prick blood test. Waste of money unfortunately.

These did absolutely nothing for me. Didn't help my blood sugar, didn't help my ketone level, didn't help curb any hunger at all. Returned unused portion.
