Please know oil and water don't really mix. There is no diluting this other than it will be in your system with the water you drink. The drops will sit on top of the water and they will make contact with you lips depending on how you drink the water from the glass. Warm/Kinda Stinging sensation if it makes contacts with your lips -- not so much in the mouth. It smells/tastes like Oregano so if you don't like the normal seasoning flavor of this herb -- mix with a juice vs water. I'll probably stick with the water because I am using it for it's medicinal properties. Will follow-up after I've used it for few days. I've read you should only take for 7 days and then take a break.

I bought this particular oregano oil because of carvacrol which help the body absorb the oregano oil .

It is very powerful, I mixed it with the last sip of my herbs smoothie. I tried once under my tongue and it was way too much for me, I am a Deering person, but this time, I regretted it.
