Great packaging, shipping, and quality product!
Pleasantly surprised about the product. I admit I was hesitant about ordering these snooker balls because I would have expected to pay perhaps 2 or 3 times the price for new, great quality, well polished regulation sets! Keep up the good work in an ever-declining marketplace, you guys are a breath of fresh air!

Was afraid they might be damaged or irregular, but luckily they came intact. Got it to practice on a shared pool table because the price was low enough and it was worth the risk.

Cue ball cracked
Balls are fine and look very shiny. The problem is that the cue ball was cracked - maybe it cracked during transportation. If it is possible to send a replacement, it would be great.
