A phenomenal olive oil
This olive oil is amazing and delicious. Do not cook with it; it is best enjoyed raw. I recommend dipping a hunk of fresh bread, or enjoying it on some salad. Drizzle it on freshly prepared pasta with a little grated pecorino romano. Its quality is among the finest I have sampled. The first taste is rich, fragrant and full, followed by a hint of grassiness and pepper, finally leaving a hint of residual spiciness. The only drawback is that it is not cheap, and you will certainly want more.
