My 9 year old loves using this tool! It helps with snapping the wrist and your release. She can walk around the house snapping her wrist and it is fun to use. If you don't snap at the correct release point, then it won't make the click sound. If you hear it click then you know you are snapping it correctly.

This is a great training tool to help girls snap their wrists when releasing. Very simple design and effective. I didnt give it a 5 because the rubber coating on one end started tearing after use and I would like to see it be a little more durable.

My daughter is a newly learning softball pitcher. I purchased this for her to help as a training aid. It is really helping improve her wrist snaps and the best part is that she really finds it fun, and I don't have to pester her to use it. She also takes it to games and uses it to warm up before the game and in between innings. We ended up liking them so much, that our league purchased one for each team, so all the girls can use them to train and warm up.

Been using it before all softball stuff

Guess it depends on who's coaching your kid? Ours said it wasn't a good tool to use, we used it for softball, never could find a video on how to use for baseball..save your money and just practice your wrist flip

This product is very simple, but it has helped my daughters a lot, from overhand throwing to working on their wrist snap pitching. It is very easy to use. When it is dark outside, I have my kids use this and go through their whole pitching motion. The product really lets out a nice click noise when the wrist snaps.
