Shades Wood for Men Eau de Toilette Spray, 3.4 Ounce

I always watch Youtube reviews on colognes before I buy since you don't really have a way of knowing what its going to smell like. It's a good trade-off. In department stores the selection is limited and expensive, which means not only are you going to smell like every guy out there chasing the popular brand colognes but you're overpaying as well. I've had very good luck with the Armaf scents and they're always reasonably priced, smell good and last long. I was looking for something unique that I could use for formal occasions that required a jacket, etc;. This scent Shades Wood is A1 perfect, this is not your wear to work or everyday in the grocery store kind of scent. It smells expensive and the complexities leave impressions of class and sophistication. It's slightly sweet but not too overpowering, I'll leave the comparisons to cheese, wood and fruit to the Youtubers but this is definitely a put on a clean shirt kind of scent. Most importantly this is a ONE SQUIRT cologne any more than that and you risk setting off the fire sprinklers. Lasts for days, still smell it plainly on shirts I wore from days ago. Shades Wood is a very nice addition to my collection, I will be repurchasing when I run out.

Bought it for my hubby. Both my husband and I like it a lot. It’s for him, not me just to be clear but it sure is nice smelling on him. Smells expensive. Complex. Great price. Note that this is not for the basic axe spray wearers…. This is for people who can appreciate a unique, high-end cologne. Will see how long it lasts, but first impression is great. Will update if it seems to fade quick.

You know I read multiple reviews for this cologne and had high high hopes for this. Boy, was my boyfriend and I disappointed. It’s very strong but not in a good way. We like other sprays by this brand but something about this one in particular just isn’t doing it.

This is a manly, woodsy to spicy scent, with a subtle sweetness. Great projection and very long lasting. You don't knock people out smelling like everyone else with the in your face oud notes and you are not walking around smelling like a pack of salted caramel hard candy either. It's nice and balanced. It will stay on your clothes which is fine if you like that, spray it on your clothes. If you do not want your suit jacket smelling like a mosh of your top 3-4 fragrances, do not spray it on the clothes. This one will stick. I spray it on before getting dressed and it still projects just fine, and just enough. Gets plenty of compliments, and that seems to be important to people reading fragrance reviews. Excellent value in my opinion.

Very nice woody floral/oriental scent. A rich masculine rose, saffron and then subtle spices - clove, cumin & pepper, with berry/fruit notes hiding in the background, over a woody/musky base of sandalwood, cedar and a mild oud. The rose here isn't a delicate feminine note; it's a dark red - the whole bush with green leaves, stems & thorns. Saffron persists, reading a bit leathery. Iris is more rootlike than powdery. Not strong juice but the longevity is quite good for an EDT, 4-5 hours (and it improves a bit as it matures). Tasteful projection for an hour or so - it's perceptible but not overwhelming. I bought a backup bottle while I could.

This came damage, broken and was leaking , at least 1/4 of the bottle was leaked out already. there is no return policy. scent is not great also. I would not buy.

This stuff is wild. Blast of roses that turns so sweet and addictive. I can never tell if I hate it or love it but I keep putting it on! Just try it. You might smell like a funeral home or candy store. You decide

This is a very beautiful fragrance it is very unique and very complex it is definitely rose and oud. I have to disagree with anyone who says this smells like a new car because it doesn’t however it is a unique kind of smell that can be off putting if you don’t know what you are purchasing Update: i grew to hate it sorry, it smells like something my great great grandma would wear funny enough i actually caught her using it. STay away from this one

.... kommt schnell, gut verpackt. Mir gefällt der Duft, das wusste ich allerdings schon vorher. Das liegt jetzt natürlich an der jeweiligen Nase ob's passt.

Once you spray it on your body, It is literally going to HIT you hard. And trust me VERY HARD but thats just the Initial notes of this matured baby. Overall an awesome fragrance and gets silent. leathery and musky after dried down. This is not your Typical panties dropping stuff and not everyone will appreciate you wearing this but You won't regret it in your collection either. Its like you are inside an Old house made Entirely of wood And there are lots of roses around. This is what you can Imagine for this baby. Overall 5 Starz
