Disappointed to find when they arrived they were only 500mg as opposed to my previous brand which was 3000mg. But will continue to take and double up. They do improve fatigue and energy levels but I guess b12 of any brand will do that.

Strong orange flavour easy to regulate quantity via dropper easy pleasant way to take b12 seems to help alleviate my peripheral neuropathy to a good extent

I’ve tried lots of B12 supplements but this one is the best I’ve tried taking it for about 3wks now and starting to feel better more energy it’s easy to take just keep it in the fridge take it before breakfast this is the most expensive one I’ve tried and you get what you pay for I will be ordering it again x

Had blood work done- i started taking for tiredness- blood work at Dr said my B 12 was high lol she said to stop using so they do-work well!

Taste is okay. My problem is I can't get the dropper to fill to the 1ml mark. It takes 2 individual squeezes to get my 1ml dose.
