it capture the full essence of the book! Every scene so magical and enjoyed!
As a person who has read the book andI loved it, my mum and I really enjoyed it and it has become one of our favourite movies now! All the actors and actresses fit their part really well and performed them really well and the movie had a magic to it! We highly recommend it!

Feel good factor
There are at least 4 versions of this classic. This is, in my view, the best version. We started watching the 2017 version but couldn’t get into it at all.

Nostalgia hit
I adore this film - very much reminds me of seeing it at the cinema as a child. I bought it as my daughter was reading the book at school so this helped her visualise Mistlethwaite, etc. she ended up very much enjoying it.

The Secret Garden
Loved watching this. Bought it for my daughter, as I can't believe that I didn't read it to her as a child! (She missed a magical treat!) Personally, I prefer the original version, so now am on the lookout for that.

Good bit of nature. Some (very) bad manners.

Prime is disappointing
Absolute rip off, kids wanted to watch this. As prime is absolutely crap i'd have thought that age old films could be offered cheaper or indeed be included in extortionate price. The price wouldn't be a concern if movies watched reflected amount paid. It's absolute dog poo, never anything on, seriously considering cancel. Lovefilm was much better before these clowns commercialised it to try and make more money, offering purchase of titles for £10ish as apposed to offering an online library of uninhibited viewing.
