Great buy for what I wanted.

I have to say that for the price this band is worth it.I got two purple bands because I wanted to do exercises that require band of the same size but these bands are too hard for those exercises (at least for now). I can't commend on durability because i have only had them for a few months but I can say that overall I have no issues.

Great so far. I am not afraid of it breaking after a month of use. I use it for warm up exercises, and with my barbell. I don't use it for pull up assistance, but I have tried and it works for that too. I'm about 170 lbs but I could see the people telling if you were 220 lbs no problem. I'll probably buy more in the future

This was my first pull up resistance band purchase so I wasn’t too sure if this was the right weight for me. It’s a nice moderate resistance band that allows me to use it for assisted pull ups and my fiancé uses it for resistance push ups. Great to use for bent over rows too :)Solid product- have had it for a couple of months and haven’t noticed any breaks or tears yet.

So far this product is doing what it suppose to do, but I don't want to over expand them if by accident I break it so i'm being a little cautious. But beyond that I actually love this thing since I can't go to the gym, this is a great sub

It’s a heavy band. For what it is, it does the job and seems pretty durable. I’ve used it all pandemic (tying in knots, shoving in closed doors, etc). Still going strong! It was more resistive than I thought, suggest you go down a strength level or two of you’re trying to do more mobility exercises.

Along with the main thicker 'pull up' assist band, this came with 4 accessory bands that were thinner and smaller but are perfect for accessory work outs. The pull up assist band is fantastic and holds up even when I stretch it from my feet to overhead. With the current price gouging during quarantine, I think this is one of the best options.
