Descale how do you descale this once the light comes on

In order to descale this product, please follow the below steps: 1. Fully unscrew the boiler cap. 2. Use a jug to fill the boiler tank from the valve with 1/4 litre of untreated tap water over the sink. 3. Shake the unit gently side to side for 30 seconds and then empty it completely into the sink. 4. Repeat this process until the water coming out of the boiler is clear. 5. Place the cap back in its housing by screwing it in completely to ensure it is watertight. 6. Plug in the appliance, Press «ON-OFF» button to restart the appliance and press the «OK» button if the anti calc light flashes.

Where can I find cartridges for this iron?

The IXEO cartridge is no longer in production. However, you can continue to use the product by leaving the filter fitted in the unit and use the product with demineralised water only. If the anti-calc light comes on, switch off the appliance, remove the empty water tank and fill with demineralised water. At the beginning of first use with the demineralised water, the anti-calc light will be off. It will then come on after a few minutes of use. After using the steam for a few minutes, the anti-calc light will go off.
