Tried 3 nights in a row, no luck yet :(
I’ve tried it three nights so far before reviewing. I’ve seen no luck with one scoop guess I’ll try 2.This very expensive rapid I do need two scoops. The taste is terrible so trying to choke down double the amount isn’t the most appealing bit desperate for some thing to work.

Help me fall sleep and i wake up rested, I try the lemon flavor and did not liked but the frut punch taste very good... one scoop wasn't enough for me then I took 1 1/2 scoops and works perfect, at the beginning I had crazy vivid dreams but with time didn't have them to often, the crazy vivid dreams doesn't bother me, I find them entertaining... is an expensive product, but is good, is the 3rd time I order... I recommended
