If you have to go GF, these are most flavorful I've tried. Nice alternative in "starch" rotation between rice and garbanzo pasta.

So many gluten free pasta products have improved over the years, but not this one. It needs to cook much longer than stated in the directions and when the noodles are finally no longer hard, they turn to mush almost immediately after draining.

Cook up well

We were disappointed that cooking the noodles to put into beef stroganoff really needed to be cooked longer than the package directions. They were almost crunchy after cooking 5 minutes when the directions said 4-6 minutes.I will definitely cook longer than suggested next time and pay more attention to doneness.

These make fabulous noodles Parmesan!!!
