The handle feel SUPER FLIMSY, pretty sure if i grab it in a manly fashion it will most certainly break off - so that is a minus, the glass it self is very thing, feels like its made the same way as those chemistry glass vials 🧪,However, except the handle it self, it may be a good thing if you want your tea to cool down quicker which is fine for me. I bought this for the infuser, tea/coffee filter with the glass lid part, mug is a decent size but i can use the infuser in another cup if i want to.Point is i am very happy with the whole package, and will use the cup until it breaks, tea filter is fantastic (:

Beautiful glass mug with filter that is perfect for loose tea and ground coffee.I use my mug and filter for cold brew coffee and on other occasions hot ground coffee and loose tea.The lid is perfect for standing the filter in when you're ready to drink your brew.The handle feels a little delicate, but I've used and washed the mug many dozen times now and nothing wrong yet! Same reason why I don't use porcelain though - I just prefer things to feel thick and sturdy. Doesn't mean they're going to break if they're delicate.Would recommend.Might have to buy a second one very soon as my husband keeps stealing my brew!

Nearly didn’t buy as only one review and said it wasn’t very good quality. However, really glad that I did! Mug is a well made, good quality, good sized borosilicate glass. The infuser is a fine filter stainless steel with a silicone rim which makes it easy to lift out when brewed. Glass lid very handy to hold infuser until you are ready to clean it.

i bought this to drink some tea which requires brewing. It is a solid sturdy product and even though the glass sides get hot when having a drink in the handle doesn't, it has done the job perfectly for what I needed for it and use it for both tea and coffee

My daughter had received one of these as a gift, she made me a cup of tea in it - and I was sold!

Sadly poor manufacturing and in this instance, dangerous. The cup was not obviously broken. It rattled but had no visible crack. I saw it leaking after I poured BOILING water in. I chose to set it aside rather than have the handle break off as I picked it up with boiling water in. I dont think anyone, child or adult, would want boiling water down their front because the handle broke off when they picked the cup up.

Haven’t made coffee or tea in it as of yet, however so be very careful when cleaning - the inner steel rim (where it meets the mesh) is very sharp and if you run your hand/fingers along you could easily cut them.The rim has a rough strand of glass on it - right where you drink from and the handle hasn’t been polished properly so it feels slightly rough like it’s dirty, not so pleasant to hold. Not sure how long I’ll use it for therefore.Maybe purchase something else if you’ve been considering this item?
