I've been taking Global Healing products for a couple of years. Their supplements are clean high quality products!

Zinc is a mineral we need to help our immune system. Tastes bad but I add it to coconut juice and it’s fine.

I take a little less than 0.25 once every 3–4 days. After a couple of months, my bloodwork showed a significant improvement; my B12 levels went from the 300s to the 600s. I’ve always eaten a lot of red meat and chicken liver, but that never changed my B12 levels. This supplement did. As you can see, you will get the benefits even when taking much less than recommended(it felt safer to do so). It also brought my folate down slightly, which is a good thing, my folate was high while my B12 was low, and this helped bring more balance.

This plant based guava zinc is a game changer. I have severe copper overload from 3 years of doing the Root Cause Protocol whilst simultaneously being estrogen dominant. I had below lab range zinc levels and above lab range copper with 33% being unbound (massive inflammation). I needed zinc badly but elemental zinc products did nothing or they gave me terrible stomach irritation. Then I found guava zinc and within days my stomach pain stopped and I started seeing copper excretion. This is never a pleasant process. Copper is excitatory and damaging to the body in unbound form. Another great point about this product is that it's not a mega dose. Dosage can easily be adjusted upwards if needed but in my experience starting low and working up is the safest approach. So happy to have found this guava zinc.

I’ve been using liquid Zinc for two weeks alongside my daily vitamins. It dissolves easily, tastes great, and although it’s slightly pricier, the quality justifies it. I’ll provide an update after finishing the bottles. Nina
