I can't say if these work, because I've only had them for 2 days... but they're rough to get down. The pills are large and stick to the inside of your mouth. I had to break them in half along the score line, but then they're rough and scratchy. Some people complained of expired bottles, but my bottle is still good for 28 months.

I started getting relief from knee pain within days. After that I got relief almost immediately after taking.

I usually buy another brand of Glucosamine, but after reading that I should be taking it with Chondroitin and MSM to have the best effectiveness, I ordered this. After10 days I am stiff and achy like I am not taking anything. I was very disappointed. The 7 day challenge did not work for me at all. 2 very large pills that were hard to swallow as well. Going back to my plain old Glucosamine.
