After 2 Yrs & 3 Months of Use, Decided it's time to Review This Chair!
TDLR - Overall this chair is an excellent value for the price, with some minor issues that shouldn't really stop you from buying at this price point. I would say the chair itself is a solid 4-4.25 stars, but customer service pulls it up to 5 stars for me.A little back story - In April 2020, my company was making the switch from in office to work from home at the start of the pandemic. Knowing I would be spending many more hours in front of my computer, I needed to upgrade my then deteriorating chair. I was looking for something modern looking (check), numerous adjustments, like multi-directional armrests (check), mesh back (check), easy rolling capabilities (check), and not ridiculously expensive (check!). The Sidiz T-50 fit all of those requirements and (at the time this was incredibly important) available!Little did I know that merely one week after receiving my chair that I would be laid off from my job where my company used the pandemic as cover to trim about 10% of the their work force. Mostly older, higher salaried employees. Unfortunately I got caught up in that and was then forced to spend even more time in my new chair as I was now looking for employment, trying to launch a freelance business, learn new software, and then playing games to relax.Overall the chair has performed admirably! But after the first 6 months of heavy use I noticed the seat cushion was becoming unbearably flat and not springing back after long sessions of sitting. I contacted customer service to inquire about the problem and they shipped out a new thicker cushion immediately! That cushion is the one I'm sitting on right now and has held up really well over the almost 2 years since getting it.I will say that things have started looking up and I've starting getting regular freelance work that requires 7-8 hours during the day. Then I game and do personal projects in the evening. This has me spending even more time in the chair and the thicker cushion is starting to show signs of not being as resilient as it was in the past. I'm considering a replacement. However, it does still hold up for 80% percent of the time and still bounces back overnight. As I stated in the beginning overall this chair is a solid 4-4.25 star chair with customer service and ease of assembly bringing it to an overall 5 stars. Here are some of my likes and minor issues in more detail:-Adjustability, while overall it has a really nice set of ergonomic adjustments, my favorite being the armrests moving forward and back as well as in or out. But, because of my longer legs and shorter torso I would love to see one more notch on the height of the arm rests and on the seat. As it stands now the seat is at it's lowest and the arms are at the highest and I'm still about a quarter inch to half inch off my ideal arm location with my current desk.-Back Adjustability, I love the mesh back and lower back support. Both are supportive and the mesh helps keep me cool during long hours of sitting. However, I would prefer adjustable tension on the recline. You can only lock in one of three positions or freely recline. But the free recline tension is too weak for my frame and is uncomfortable. Luckily for me I was able to find a locked position that was a good compromise.-Style, overall I love the look. It's modern looking and the materials have held up over time (except for the seat cushion mentioned above.) Also the armrest padding has remained intact and comfortable the entire time. Though, the neck/headrest is mostly just for show. As it doesn't lock in a way that makes it very useful and for me it's highest point is too low to be of use. Though I do, on occasion, recline back and use it briefly.-Wheels and Base, the wheels glide smooth on my hardwood floors and don't leave marks or scuffs. The base is sturdy and holds my weight well. Though the chair seat does wobble a little in it's base. But for me it's not really a bother.-Size, another plus in my book, I have a very compact area to work in my "home office" corner of my living room and the chair fits nicely in the space allowed and is maneuverable enough to get around without bumping into the couch back and my book shelves. If you've read down this far, thank-you as I feel really strongly that this chair was an excellent purchase for me (even with my extenuating circumstances) as it nearly matches the ergonomics, as well as the styling, of more expensive chairs, but at a better price point. While you can definitely go cheaper, I feel you may sacrifice on materials, comfort, and customer service.PS - Please excuse some the mess in the pic as I'm in major need of an overhaul of my workspace.

Pleased with Sidiz
Great chair in my opinion, as someone 5'2" and "bottom-heavy" (insert terms from your favorite songs about ladies with shapely behinds). Most chairs are far too large for petite users, and would cause me shoulder pain from leaning forward over my keyboard and mouse. This chair is adjustable in so many ways, and the lumbar support is fantastic -- which you can trust me on, since I have a herniated disc down there.I've owned this chair for 3.5 years, and it's still my full-time daily driver. I do wish the cushion had stayed firm (at this price point, memory foam that holds its shape over time would be nice) but I don't plan on replacing the chair itself.Regardless, if you're short and experience workday pain and cramping, you may need to upgrade to this chair. It'll last you years, and will ease the pain of being petite in a world of office furniture not built for our body type.

looks great and fits well, with a caveat about the lumbar
I've owned it for 2 months now. I never review chairs on first opening, especially ones with lots of adjustment. It takes a while to figure out how it fits best for you. I already own a 2022 Secretlabs Titan Evo (regular) at my gaming station and I sit in a Steelcase Leap V2 when I'm in the workplace office. I have a WFH desk that I bought this for, as I work from home 1-3 days a week depending on what's going on at the office. It went together quite easily, no issues with assembly. Fewer parts to put together than I expected. After a couple weeks of making adjustments, it fits well and is comfortable. The recline tensioner works well, the multi position lock works well. The seat adjustability combined with the tensioner and arm position adjustment allowed me to get a position that is comfortable for hours. The adjustable lumbar support, however, is VERY hard and doesn't have enough surface area - If I try to use it for any kind of support pressure other than the mesh, it just feels like a hard block pressing on my lower back. Luckily, I don't need to use it to be comfortable in the chair, and I have it fully retracted and in a position where I never feel it. The mesh back provides sufficient support on its own.The seat cushion is a great combination of depth and firmness. It is noticeably softer than my secretlabs chair, and I prefer its softer support. It's not squishy... its just not nearly as hard as the Secretlab's seat. The removable seat cover, while a nice touch, does tend to slide an inch or 2 when trying to adjust the location of the chair on my carpeted room by just scooting forward using my feet and butt... to avoid it I have to use my hands to pull the chair using the frame. A minor annoyance but nowhere near a deal breaker at this price point.Given the price difference (especially when its on sale) between my 2022 Secretlabs titan EVO that I purchased at the end of 2021, I think for the level of comfort and support, the Sidiz T-50 is a better deal. It is a vastly better deal than the Steelcase leap V2 - though those things take a serious beating and stay together a long time. We'll see how long this T-50 lasts. I am not sure which is more comfortable between the Leap and Sidiz, but they're close enough that I can't tell on the days I work from the office in the morning and at home in the afternoon.Pardon the cable mess and unvacuumed carpet in the pic... :D
