My toddler got a hold of my controller one day for a couple minutes and use my joystick as a teether. Needless to say it needed replaced. The rubberized replacements in this kit feel exactly as the originals. It comes with a guide on how to replace them which helped me to get it done in a few minutes easily.

This set worked perfectly to repair the Xbox controller. Was exactly what I ordered.

It was super easy to swap them out, I highly recommend these to anyone wanting to do the same.Really good quality, they fit perfect and function the exact same.

The thumbticks themselves are of good quality, works with standard Xbox controller, but the plug hole is too deep for PowerA FUSION Pro series controller. When I install it on my PowerA FUSION Pro series controller, press LS or RS, this stick stuck too deep and does not respond the "press" action correctly.

The thumbsticks look and function the same as the original ones on my Xbox One controller.The only visual difference I could find was the finish was very slightly different, and the markings on the bottom (which you can't see once installed) were different.The kit includes a t8 screwdriver, micro philips head screwdriver, and a plastic spudgerReplacing the thumbsticks involved removing one t8 screw under the sticker inside the battery compartment, using the spudger to pop off the grip plates, then removing four more t8 screws to take the faceplate off. After that the thumbsticks simply pull off and you push on the new ones.

THis kit will allow you to replace a damaged analog joystick. Some mechanical skill is needed. My favorite feature of this kit is the tray that holds all the parts and tools when you aren't working. It sounds silly, but when you need specialty tools to do a job, having them all in the same place is a big help. My only complaint, and it's admittedly minor, is that the pry tool, which is all plastic, does seem like it will wear out and no longer work after a period of time. I could be wrong about that though.
