Haven't tryed it yet and probably won't as the quality is very poor and worried about getting sick or injured. The edges are poorly finished and the inside looks like it might be rusted, possibly copper but not taking that chance. I kinda expect a bit better as it was a stand alone piece compared to other similar items the sell the house and everything but this is a throw away item, just get a full set or one of the silicone tubes ones. Not worth the risk of tetanus in the rear.

It works really well attaches to shower hose easily doesn’t leak or anything but the ridges are kind of sharp and not comfortable

This is just the right size to put inside your rectum. Squeeze your bottom to direct the flow deep inside for colonic. Relax to let it just douche you out, for me it stayed in nicely while douching. Clean as a whistle afterwards. Like any device you use with a shower hose, you will have to take care to adjust the shower valves for the right temperature and pressure before putting this enema nozzle head inside your butt. Wonderful!

Was shorter than expected but do like the shape. Holes I feel Should be multidirectional verses side to side
