Bought this for a family member so that he isn't constantly having to sit on the floor like he was doing. He loved the chair immediately and uses it all the time. Overall, he's about 200lbs and it works great for him. The chair has held up during multiple hours of use. Looks just as pictured and is very comfy. It is not completely wireless but that wasn't a problem for us. It arrived on time and was packaged very well. It does fold, which is nice because when it's not in use we put it in the closet. Upgraded from a previous X-Rocker model from like 6 year ago, so with that in mind, the comfort is great! Sits a tad higher than the old chair and is a bit wider, too. The upholstery, tho it looks sharp, doesn’t feel as sturdy as the old one, especially when getting in and out of the sim cockpit. Well see how it lasts! The sound system is pretty greet. The bass is responsible and where it’s built into the seat, you really feel it depending on what game you’re playing. CON: while easy to set up and pair the Bluetooth and it’s a Good addition, but not sure if it’s a windows thing or the Bluetooth internal stuff that’s causing this but when paired with the pc, there’s a small pop before and after a sound occurs. Haven’t seen if that’s the same it paired with another device. Hardest part was getting the darned pin in to secure the seat from closing. But it’s in and looks sharp in my sim cockpit. Adds a bit of style to the room and truly makes you feel like a boss.

Bought it as a gift for my son. He loves it. The speaker in the chair and the fact that it can be folded and put away are the most appreciated options of this chair. Good quality. Let wait and see about the durability.

It does exactly what it says: connectivity to your PS4. The concept is just awesome and I really enjoy how immersive this chair can turn your videogames parties ! Gran Turismo, Ratchet and Clank, Crash Bandicoot, FIFA... all games are enhanced thanks to this surround audio system and the low seat. I am typically that guy that could not play its best game on the sofa so I sat on the floor. But now with this low seat I have found my perfect spot to play videogames and I will never trade my spot ! In addition I rediscovered the pleasure to watch movies and series. To be honest, I prefer to put the headphones on my PS4 controller rather than directly on the chair when I am using it and do not want to wake up the entire house for a sound quality reason. I think it provides a true comfort to connect wireless the chair through the PS4 wireless controller (no cables through the room) except the power cord of the chair + the jack/jack between the PS4 dualshock and the X Rocker. My recommendation is to use your PS4 to watch Netflix, DVDs, Blurays as well to optimize your experience of the product. For shows that do not require a low seat and a certain quality of sound, it is just like giving pizza to birds: it works but it does not worth it. For a wireless experience with any model of Xbox, Playstation or any home consoles: Ace Bayou wireless retrofit system is to be ordered separately ($35 to $55 before taxes), otherwise, the cables will do the trick just fine. + The immersive experience videogames/Netflix/DVD + Wireless works well with PS4 + Ideal for low seat gamers + Easy to store (foldable) - The cable management is a total mess if not using a PS4 or the separate retrofit system (adapter to be purchased for Xbox one controller) - The sound quality with the headphones is disappointing when plugged onto the chair - Fabric is kind of fragile so if you intend to play shirtless in the middle of summer, put a bath towel on the chair before you sit

My grandson loves it. He says it’s very comfortable, and he spends alot of time setting in it, so it’s very important.

It's heavy as hell. Definitely sturdy. Bought this since my wife has given my play room to the kids and first thing she took out - after me - was the couch. Feels very sturdy, its frame is pretty heavy to move around. I wish it had a better lumbar support but except that works pretty well. Also the kids love it. Didn't get the chance to try the sound sys yet

I Purchased these gaming chairs for my grandsons and they are fabulous. The speakers are loud with plenty of bass and we are all impressed. Great value for the money. Can't go wrong with these chairs. Oh and since the are adults size the boys can grow into them and their dad can join in on the fun. From the look on their dads face he's just as excited.

Got this for our 11 year old son for Christmas and it was a hit. Really nice chair, not too complicated to set up and the sound is pretty amazing. He was thrilled. We were disappointed that it doesn't 'automatically' work with XBOX and other consoles but we knew that when we purchased it. Fast forward 5 months - the chair won't power on. We found that there is something wrong internally where the male power piece is inserted into the chair because we can get it to work if we push down on the connector hard once it has been inserted. The chair has never been moved from that spot in the room and the wire was never tripped over or had any similar 'trauma' to have caused this. Disappointed.
