I don't know for sure, but I use it for grapes, so it should work on muscadines.

Rollers are not adjustable. It's a saw-tooth shape, so the closest distance between the teeth is a little over 3mm, closest distance from the base of the teeth is 7.5mm.

Not 100% certain, it's not metal, some sort of hard plastic, perhaps graphite.
