Vitamins D and K with Sea-Iodine 60 Capsules (2pack)

I've been taking this version of VitD off and on for years - I keep trying others and always come back to this one. I take medications with (mild) blood-thinning side effects and having the extra VitK helps reduce the easier bruising and taking longer to clot that I experience. (Yes, my doctor knows and approves.) I do agree with the other reviewer that the bottles are way too big for how much space the pills take up - I get the two-pack and immediately combine the bottles, and I'm still only filling maybe a third of the space. I imagine it's just this brand's standard bottle and they don't want to have a separate bottle size and accompanying equipment on their production line for a different size. Kind of wish they would though. I was surprised that they'd changed the appearance of the bottles from the classic white to the new blue, but as far as I can tell the product hasn't changed. The bottles I got did list the VitD content in mcg rather than IU, but I confirmed that it is the same amount (5000 IU = 125 mcg), just labeled differently for some reason.

Life Extension is a good quality product. Package arrived on time and in good shape. Pill size is small and easy to take. Double pack was good value for the money.

I barely get any sun due to sensitivity and this brought my numbers up to normal levels.

A good source of vitamin k, Vit D-3 and even some iodine. I don’t use regular salt that contains iodine so this is a must for me.

I’ve been using this supplement for a couple years as recommended by my doctor. It’s always available through Amazon with a quick delivery. Am a loyal Amazon customer for quite some time, love their customer service!
