Have seen and bought over the years as gifts to friends who lost their beloved pets and have been overwhelmed with how special it was. Would like to have done more personalization but found website instructions not clea, could just be me. It is still a very simple but unique for special fur babies.

Our almost 15 year old Chocolate Lab passed on 1/1/15. I knew it was coming so had researched on Amazon.com for a simple grave marker for Molly. I found these sandblasted engraved river stone memorials and they looked like just what I was wanting. I placed my order and requested that they engrave Molly's name along with her years of life, 2000-2015. I got an immediate response via email from Lori, telling me that yes, they could do the engraving. We received the stone marker quickly and I was so disappointed in that they had left off the years of life. The stone was beautifully done however. I contacted the company and again got a quick response and an apology. On the size of stone ordered, they normally do not engrave two lines of text. The engravers had missed my special request. A new stone was correctly engraved and shipped immediately. There were no further charges and we got to keep the first stone that was missing the engraved years. The second stone was really nice too. Great company to work with! They were very quick to correct the problem. The quality of the work is excellent and looks like it will last outside for many years to come.
