We used the butcher paper to wrap our brisket and our pork shoulder this weekend. After smoking on our pellet grill for 11 hours we took them off and then wrap them individually in the butcher paper and tied with kitchen twine. Cooked on 250 for another six hours and it was the best meat we’ve ever cooked. We attribute it to the butcher paper instead of wrapping it in foil and then putting it back on the grill. Very good purchase!

Used this for our T-Day Turkey and it added great flavor and moisture. The only complaint was the container was about half-filled.

This stuff is amazing. Hadn't ever injected before but I had a last minute competition that called for chicken. (I normally only do ribs and brisket) so I last minute ordered it, Amazon delivered it in 1 day and I prepped the night before. Long story short. I placed 5th in chicken, 1st in ribs and overall Grand Peoples Choice 1st Place. This stuff adds soo much juiciness without overbearing flavor. I am now going to be a repeat customer.

I have been using this for several years. I inject the bird the day before I will barbecue or rotisserie the bird, put it in a zip lock bag and into the frig. It produced a moist, flavorful bird. A neat trick if you want to add other flavor is to heat the product with the other stuff and then strain and inject. Either way, this is a must for cooking a flavorful bird.

Not sure about the product but the plastic container it came in was mashed and bent all up.

Flavor was good. Used it on turkey and it was flavorful and kept the bird moist. Package comes about 1/3 full, and while it said it included a scoop, it did not. I’m not sure the purpose of such a huge jar for so little product, except to make you feel like you’re getting more for your money than you really are. While it was good, I won’t be buying again. Too much money for too little.
