I wanted a new desktop, but not for gaming. I do use this for work, mostly, and other computer tasks, too. I fell in love with this immediately. It comes with 8gig RAM and 128gig storage. The graphics processor is good for 4K. I had no problems setting this up, at all. I subscribe to Windows 365. Once I logged in, it was a cinch installing Office (now called Windows 365). After logging into Windows all my data was ported over including what was on the desktop of my Surface Pro 7. The drive is silent and has sufficient ports including four USB, one USB C, and three HDMI. This drive is...well, zippy. And it is small, freeing up desktop space. Highly recommended.

I haven't tried a second monitor yet, but am optimistic. The sound output is mono apparently, I'm going to try a USB audio adapter, perhaps soon, as my existing HDMI soundbar won't fit in this space. Before hooking up speakers I used some JBL buds that came with the renewed Roku Ultra I ordered around the same time. Good sound, plenty loud enough.What appears to be a built-in microphone hole is marked as headphones, and the supposedly combined microphone/earphone jack is also marked as headphones.I'm not a gamer. This CPU / GPU runs clearly much faster and smoother than the poor old laptop I've been using for some years now. Pretty happy with this purchase, too bad it's no longer available.

Do not do a "normal" Win update on this PC, results in "blue screen." Tech support neas great to get everything reinstalled and good little PC since then.

Very satisfied with this mini PC: fast boot up and good 4K streaming. After 3 weeks of use, though, I started getting a "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" message and the PC wouldn't boot. Tech Support quickly provided me with two possible solutions via email. I tried both to no avail. I emailed Tech Support again and they replied quickly with a solution - a download that will enable me to restore my system with a USB drive.

Very pleased with this pc. Takes up almost no space, has no bloatware, and is much faster than my old desktops and laptops. Boots up almost as fast as you hit the power button. Had one minor problem, the instruction manual was missing, but tech support addressed it quickly. Highly recommend.

I like it. Since this brand is all new to me, I hope it last.

This looked like a good option for a mini-PC for streaming web content to my TV. However, adding additional storage required taking off the bottom plate, held by four tiny screws. I had the right screwdriver and got two of the screws out, BUT I could not get the other two out, despite several attempts. Had to return the item. Disappointing.

I bought this little computer for part of a project, and ended up enjoying using it on its own too much so the project is now on hold ... oops! The form factor is great and it has just enough upgradability and performance for the price.I've used it to test some games, it had no problem with 4k60fps output on my 4k TV, and it is currently holding its own in the home office, hooked into 2 monitors as a Word / excel / email machine.Its not the fastest computer, especially for modern gaming - BUT with the advent of cloud gaming services like Google Stadia and Nvidia GeForce now, if you have good internet at home this little box can play advanced games at high settings with no problem if you're willing to stream them.
