Very Nice Product and Phone App
I was skeptical about the phone app at first, but it works like a charm. No fumbling to pair and re-pair the Bluetooth. Simply open the app, place the oximeter on your finger, and the oximeter turns on automatically. There's a timer showing how much time has elapsed and live graphs showing pulse rate and oxygen level. The history list is really nice. You can also add notes to each reading. The unit's measurements are in line with the last 3 oximeters I've had, so I would say that it is accurate. I would recommend this unit.

A Lifesaver in Our Time of Need
When my father experienced a mild heart attack, our world turned upside down. The worry and uncertainty were overwhelming, but amidst the chaos, we found a reliable ally in the Wellue Bluetooth Pulse Oximeter. This little device quickly became an essential part of our daily routine. From the moment we unboxed it, we were impressed by its simplicity and ease of use. The fingertip design made it effortless for my father to monitor his blood oxygen saturation and pulse with just a press of a button. The clear display provided immediate feedback, which was incredibly reassuring during those first few days post-discharge when we were still on high alert. What truly sets this pulse oximeter apart is the free app that connects seamlessly via Bluetooth. It allowed us to track my father's readings over time, making it easier to share this information with his healthcare team. This feature gave us added peace of mind, knowing we could monitor his health closely and catch any potential issues before they became serious. The included carry bag and lanyard made it convenient for us to take it wherever we went, whether it was to follow-up appointments or simply a stroll in the park. It was comforting to have such a reliable tool at our fingertips, reminding us that we were taking proactive steps in caring for my father's health. I can’t express enough how grateful we are for this pulse oximeter. It not only provided us with crucial data but also allowed us to feel more in control during a challenging time. Thanks to the Wellue Bluetooth Pulse Oximeter, we were able to monitor my father's recovery closely, and it became a symbol of hope and reassurance for our family. If you’re looking for a reliable and user-friendly device to monitor blood oxygen levels and pulse, I wholeheartedly recommend the Wellue Pulse Oximeter. It truly made a difference in our lives when we needed it most. Thank you, Wellue, for creating a product that offers peace of mind and supports families in their health journeys.

This is a great little O2 meter
This review is going to have mention of a disability which I specifically got this meter for. I will be basing my review around it. I have a condition, that due to my connective tissue, causes my heart rate to fluctuate from very low to very high, and causes me to have a low o2 reading when I am at rest without oxygen assistance (the pictures show me on oxygen). I needed an o2 meter, in my price range, that I could wear that could log these fluctuations as they were happening... not every few minutes as my fitbit was doing. I had an o2 meter, which was great for spot checking, but it didn't connect to an app, which I found I needed. I took a risk with this one, and boy am I glad I did. This did exactly what I needed it to do, and is a nice little machine. Pros on the machine: 1. The screen is clear and easy to read. It doesn't flip so I can read it right side up (on my left hand), but that is more of a convenience. 2. The P.I. reading is fantastic to have. My other o2 monitor didn't have it. It let's you know exactly how good of a reading it is getting due to how much light is transmitting through your finger. (The higher the better). 3. This has a customizable alarm system in increments of 5. If your pulse rate goes too low or too high, this will let out a quiet repeated beep until your heart rate goes back above the set bpm. 4. The menu is easy to navigate. One press to switch, double press to select. Having the ability to customize a few things is actually a really nice feature. This same menu allows you to turn on and off the pulse beep. 5. It holds up to 12 readings at the press of a button without the app. This is great for caregivers/doctors/nurses, etc. to quickly check your history. 6. It comes with a lanyard and a velvety carrying bag. 7. This is a well built, sturdy little machine. Pros of the App: 1. This offers a nice real time monitoring system where you can watch your results as they are happening. This is good if you do things like mindfulness to try to do pain reduction, or need to monitor a cardiac flare. 2. With a little touch of the "magnifying glass over the folder" button you can look back over your o2/pulse for each individual beat it read with the timestamp. 3. On the main page (not shown because of identifying data) it has a graph that you can change between week/month/year and it is changeable between your 02/pulse. 4. It keeps a nice record of all your data at the touch of your fingertips. (Pictured above) 5. It syncs with Google fit if you choose. Google fit syncs with many other devices, so your data can be transmitted to most tracking programs. For example, I sync this with Google fit, and track everything in one place with the program "Guava". 6. You do have to have the app running, on the "dashboard" screen for it to record. HOWEVER as long as the program is on dashboard and running, you can open other apps and use those, and have the app for this running in the background. 7. You can make multiple profiles on this if more than one person is using the program. To assign a user, you go into the stored readings (history/more), hit the checkmark, pick the reading, tap assign, and pick the profile. That simple. 8. You can leave notes on the readings!!! This is a fantastic feature, as it allows you to notate any abnormal occurrences or the situation. (IE - P.O.T.S flare, hot day, sitting down, exercising, etc.) Cons of the machine: 1. It gets a little heavy on the finger joints after a bit. Any finger 02 meter in this style will do that though. This is actually one of the lighter 02 monitors I have owned. 2. The settings menu is only accessed when it is on your finger. The memory is accessed when off the finger. It would be nice if this was on the app, or avaliable when off the finger. 3. The alarm beeping is quiet. It is noticeable if you are awake but in a really noisy environment or if you are sleeping, I don't think it would be noticed as easy. Vibration would be a nice feature possibly in the future for hard of hearing. 4. Don't get this for sleeping. I didn't get this for that purpose, but they advertise it, and while this is snug...it isn't that snug it would stay on. 5. There is no way to silence the alarm once it goes off unless your heart rate returns to normal or you remove it. While this is both a good and bad thing, I wish there was a quick way to silence. My heart rate skyrockets/plummets with Postural change, and there are times it is a bit annoying to have this sounding off. Cons of the app: 1. No ability to print/export a report without going through other apps. This is a huge flaw for me. As I mentioned, I sync to Google fit, then Guava, to print reports to give to my doctor. This is not enough for me to not get the machine, but if I was deciding between two of the same quality and the others app had this feature? I would probably go with the other machine. 2. You do have to have the app open and on the dashboard to record data. While not a huge hindrance, it does reduce your phone battery time, as would keeping any extra apps going. 3. More third party connections would be nice. The only reason I have Google fit on my phone is because of this machine. All my other medical devices sync up with my tracking program. Heck even connecting with the major fitness devices/companies would be nice. Summary? Even with the flaws (the data sharing really being my only true complaint) this is 100000% worth getting if you are looking for a good quality product at this price point. I am ecstatic at the accuracy, the responsiveness of the machine, and the quality. If they would put a little bit more effort into the app, I think this would far exceed anything else on the market around this price.

Works great, but broke after a few months
EDIT: Customer service was absolutely amazing in helping sort out the issue and a replacement is on the way. It works amazingly and connects to my phone like it should. However today while I was using it, it came apart; wires exposed and unable to close properly. I fixed the wires and such easily although there is now a small metal piece from the interior that I assume is part of the hinge that refuses to go back where it belongs, shown in th3 second photo. It no longer stays closed properly and does not have the spring-like mechanism that keeps it on your finger. Other than that, it's an amazing piece and I'm rather sad that I'll have to purchase another one.

I use it to take my oxygen level 3 times a day. And this oxymeter can update the reading via Bluetooth to the App provided by the manufacturer. The record can be retrieved for evaluation by my doctor. At the same time there is graphic display of the pulses. One improvement can be done is to allow the display to oriented in different direction. Preferably thevoxumeter should be attached to the finger on the left hand.

Muy facil de usar, con buena conectividad a dispositivos, llegó rápido y en buen empaque. Se compara con otros oximetros que cuestan hasta 10mil. Excelente! Lo recomiendo!

Bought this as husband dropping his sats and needs to get fitter! It alarms when he doesn’t breathe properly. Happy I bought this one and not the cheap one as he’s been having dizzy spells and I need to know when he has them. The cheaper ones don’t have the alarm.
