Added Crunch
I used the product as a fifty/fifty mix with flour. I tried it using it on shrimp with and without an egg dipping. I was happily surprised how great it was without the egg dipping. It gave the shrimp texture and flavor without a thick batter coating. It came out great! I am practicing on vegetables and white fish now.

Confusing Description
I have tried this product without getting the results mentioned in the description. There are no instructions so it is hit or miss. The product is expensive and didn't provide the results I hoped it would.

Don’t buy you can’t return
There are no direction on how to use this product and there web site is not helpful at all for how to use. Ino recipes how to use there product. I should have read the reviews better.
