OTTERBOX SYMMETRY SERIES Case for HTC One (M8) - Retail Packaging - Black

For those of you who shy away from Otter Box products because of the dreaded bulk need to look again. The Symmetry Series not only gives you the protection Otter Box is known for it delivers in a sleek and compact package without the bulk. The back is slick however the rubber sides provide sufficient grip and fit the device perfectly. For those of you concerned about the case interfering with screen protectors need not worry. The case works perfectly with film and glass protectors. Overall this is an excellent product that I would recommend to anyone.

I must drop my HTC One M8 twice a day. My phone is over two years old and I have had no issues at all. This case has saved me hundreds in what would be the purchase of a new p hone had it not been protected during its many drops, bounces and bangs. The material construction is good too...not too slippery in your hand. I do often take this off and transfer my phone to a wallet-style case and have had no problems with it's integrity despite the frequent removal and application.

The case fits but, because the phone is rounded in the back, it does not lay flat. This gets annoying when trying to text or scroll because the phone rocks and moves a lot side to side. Other than that it protects the phone well, I've dropped it a few times and the case saved it. Also, there is no rubber on the phone so is does not get stuck in bag or pockets. There is just enough grip on it though so it does not fly out of your hands. Case is not bulky at all. Get to appreciate the sleek design of the M8.

I have never been much for cases on a phone. I have the Original HTC EVO and carried it for two years. I then had the HTC 4G LTE EVO and carried that for two years. Both without a case. Bought my HTC One M8 and decided this one might need it. Damn phone is a bit slippery. Looked at a lot of brands and decided on this one because it was so nice and rigid while still being slim and sleek. This case is perfect. Easily slips in and out of my pocket. Add very little weight and bulk to the phone. Don't hesitate, this is a great case.

Buttons hard to press. Otterbox designs are falling behind other companies. Go Sprigen instead.

This case is very snug, but easy to remove when you need to. All the ports and buttons are accessible. There is a slight lip to keep the screen from touching when the phone is face down. This is my first Otterbox product. Decently slim, fits my phone well but is a little slick being hard, stiff plastic. Wish the sides had more grip or varied in material to make case more comfortable and less slippery in my hand.

Have had this case for about 9 months and it is doing great! I am VERY hard on my phone and this case has taken the abuse with ease.After Dozens of drops form varying heights up to 5ft onto all types of surfaces and it hasn't gotten a single crack, only what i would call small dents in the sturdy hardshell.It is very slim and the rubber part isn't sticky in my pocket. The rubber is also comfortable to hold against your face, which is very nice, my last phone and case had a plastic front ring and it was uncomfortable.
