Kozier & Erb's Fundamentals of Nursing (9th Edition) 9th Edition

Okay, before you begin reading, this review is more towards the Ebook side of the story. The textbook itself is great, very helpful in my nursing courses throughout the program...but MAN! This is my first semester with my new iPad and I got all of my books through the Kindle Ebook app.....its has CHANGED MY LIFE. I can highlight in 4 different colors, I can search google for a word inside the app...I can highlight a word and it automatically defines it for me right there in a little box. I can search my textbooks for words and topics, easily bookmark pages and switch from book to book. I have thousands of pages of books within a iPad air that is less thick than a notepad... incredible technology. If you're on the fence about Ebooks....just do it. Trust me. Fantastic job amazon and Kindle

Do not buy this book if you are in need of a mynursinglab code!Other than that, great deal! I did not need the code, only the book. So this allowed me to save a lot of money!This book and the book including the MyNursingLab access code have two completely different ISBN numbers.It is a little more expensive, but that is because there is more included. When searching for a text book, always include the ISBN needed in the search bar rather than the title.If you have already bought the book, no worries! You can buy an access code seperatly!This is all included in the description of this book including ISBN numbers. I hope this was helpful!Thank you!

I enjoy the presentation of this edition and the information, it was useful to me.

I really liked this book. The rationales are included which helps to develop critical thinking. The boxes, tables and other insets make learning the information easier. I gave it only 4 stars because I wish there were more NCLEX style review questions at the end of each chapter. Also, for some of the fundamentals questions that were on the HESI (Elsevier Evolve) test, that information was NOT in the textbook. My classmates and I scored lower than the national average on the HESI. There were some questions that we simply knew nothing about. But that is where your test taking and critical thinking skills are valuable.

I bought 2 books, I was so impressed by their fast shipping came to me in less than a week and the books were in great condition as said, What a great deal.. I'm very pleased. I would definitely buy more nursing books form them. :-)

The book is ok but I purchased this item, had a long delay in starting the class, when I did...there were three chapters ripped out of the book!

The best book for nursing I have ever read. It was a required text for my first term and it is full of everything you need to know for fundamentals. It is easy to read and understand.
