Hi Thank you for your interest on our fabric. If you order more than 1 quantity, you'll receive it in 1 piece uncut. That is how we always send it.

Q: Would this work as a headliner? If the headliner is glued in with say 3M spray would the foam backing hold to it or would it eventually fall off?

Nope you have to use something with 1/4 inch foam its too heavy it will sag and fail after while as far as glue use a quality contact cement like the one used on counter tops
