Opens up more riding for kids with active parents!
Has helped our 7 year old have fun on longer MTB rides with us. He just did a 15 mile race with us and loved it!!!!! The cord has the perfect amount of strength and give.

Love it! 😍
_____*Pros:-Worked well pulling my 5-yo daughter & her 16" mountain bike.-The rope never drooped down to the ground.-Easy to slip on and off on the seat._____*Neutral:-Compared to a metal bar or other rigid solutions, using the TowWhee requires more concentration and clear communication between the riders._____*Cons:-Pricey.Starting two months ago, our family has been visiting different bike trails all over the county. On courses that are either too long or quite hilly, it's been too difficult for my 5-yo daughter to ride on her own. We either have to take long breaks to rest her little legs or help her push her bike up the slopes. After much research, we decided on the TowWhee rope for its relatively reasonable price, ease of installation, and simplicity. Our first choice was a rigid metal bar that connects the two riders together but it's been out of stock for months and it requires a lot more complicated installation procedure and frequent adjustments. The TowWhee performed well as we expected from reading customer reviews and the manufacturer's claims. We only use the TowWhee when going up slopes and over relatively flat grounds. The rider that is pulling will definitely have to pedal harder even when the little one is helping out by pedaling herself.Setting up clear communication is very important to prevent the bikes from hitting each other or both falling over when taking corners.Despite the extra concentration and effort required of both riders, I think the TowWhee is still worth it. I felt the $40 price point is too expensive but I still got it because it improved our flow on bike trails and made the experience more enjoyable. 5 stars.

Great for smaller kids
I use it to pull our smallest up hills they can’t make it up. Works perfect and is easily put away in a pack.

Awesome Product!
I got this to tow my 6 year old up hills now that he’s starting to ride off road a bit. It is fantastic and feels surprisingly smooth compared to what I expected while towing. I ended up getting the “standard” model which requires threading the cable around the stem. If I were to order again I would get the one with the quick connect built in. I didn’t realize how often I would be connecting and disconnecting it while riding.Something to note too, I tried wrapping it around my frame and securing it to my saddle between uses during our first ride. This works but it did cause my dropper post not to come all the way up so keep that in mind if you’re a mountain biker. Would definitely get another Tow Whee in the future!

Wish I got one sooner
Gotta be honest I always thought these tow ropes were kind of strange and wouldn’t work really well, but it blew my mind today how good it is. Was super easy to pull and was very efficient for my son, we will for sure do some pretty decent size rides together with this. Super excited about it!

I taught my son how to ride a bike with this instead of training wheels
This is a great tool for getting around with kids. I am using it to pull my 2-year-old around on a strider bike. He loves it! He learned how to balance on the bike and just two days. I've also used it to pull adults up steep hills, which was a lot of fun for us both. I do regret not getting the four season strap since I live in a cold climate and I plan on using this for downhill skiing. I'll give it a try on some warmer winter days and hope that I don't break it. I think anyone using this thing, especially with kids should use a lot of caution and common sense, it is potentially a very dangerous tool with a lot of kinetic energy that could snap or spring in unpredictable ways if you use it incorrectly. It's small and light enough that I can carry it in a small pouch on the bike and have it with me all the time.
